Royale with Cheese
If you go by percentage...he’s one of the worst in the league. http://www.nfl.com/player/stephenhauschka/2507374/careerstats
Bangarang
He was bad last year too. I literally have no idea why this regime gave him an extension.
vincec
Correct. He hasn't been good. Good thing they signed him to an extension.
Seven-N-Nine
Yikes, he fell off rather quickly. Can't go into next season with him.
Bleeding Bills Blue
I know he was hurt last year. But he cost us this game. And changed the NE game as well.. were also going for it on 4th down in lieu of 50+ yard field goals quite often..
PetermansRedemption
Still shocked McLaughlin didn’t get an extended look to actually win the job in the preseason. The timing of Hauschka’s extension was always suspect to me. Why not wait until you see him this season. He’s a kicker, he wasn’t going anywhere unless you let him walk. 1

Bob in STL
He was money right up to the time that the Jets player blasted him and injured him. I was mad that they asked him to kick a 53 yarder given how his season and his game is going. I just hope he does not turn fragile.

Kickers are like goalies, they’re head cases.
Pbomb
Will be interesting to see how McLaughlin does for the 49ers. Was looking good for us and we let him go cause we had “hauschmoney”, apparently his struggles last year weren’t due to the cheap shot

OZBILLS
Wish we had the steel to make the big call regarding Hauschk, ie cutting him loose, but the status quo is easy.

billsfan_34
Most of us are aware- he is costing us almost 2.5 points a game if you divide up misses equally. His fundamentals are off and kicking nervous.

Blank Stare
He seems to prefer kicking from the other hash. If McD was playing for the tie, the least he could’ve done was make sure he was on the kickers preferred hash. Especially knowing we took a timeout to the locker room with us. Gross mismanagement all around.

However, they didn’t have to do that. Could’ve run on 3rd down to the correct hash, then burn it. Who knows, maybe you pick up 3-4 yards and make for a shorter attempt. Keep the reads near the LOS and not throw the ball down the field
BurpleBull
Should've given Chase McLaughlin a shot. Smh He's gonna be the funny-looking kicker of the Ravens for years to come in San Fran.

And that’s coming from someone who is not a fan of designed QB runs with Josh outside the red zone.

It's over 50 that's given him problems and if you're depending on that to win games, well you're not gonna win many.
