It's not really a high pick. If the Rams make the playoffs, this pick is closer to a 6th. Strange move, unless they get a comp pick when they let Talib go in the off season. He is kind of like Lee Smith in that regard. During Smith's first tenure here, he was flagged 15 yards for unsportsman like conduct while standing on the sideline in his street clothes.
