TheyCallMeAndy
15.5 in 2016, but just 5 in 17 and also 18. 6'2" 236, Jerry Hughes Jr? Or does he stand up and replace Zo? I'd do this trade
JoPar_v2
He had that one great year a few seasons back but unfortunately that seems like an outlier at this point. Maybe moving to another defense with better pieces around him can help some.

NewEra
Ehhhh. One year rental I’d give a 5th. He’s pretty good, but I’d rather Beane have an extra 4th rd pick. I don’t think he’s the difference maker this team needs as a pass rusher.

Seoulofstone
He's a reclamation project and an FA at year's end. Only worth a 6th without a contract and considering his salary
DrDawkinstein
He's been a huge disappointment down here. I've heard way too much negative from fans, radio, and tv to even entertain it. Not a hard worker or much of a process guy either. Agreed with @Aussie Joe, the Falcons would have to give me a pick just to take him. Hard pass. 4

A strong Defensive rotation will help quite a bit if we start advancing in the play-offs.

atlbillsfan1975
NO NO NO. i follow the Falcons. I know a couple of the sports talk guys who cover the Falcons. Beasley isn’t a process guy. He is basically a Maybin that had one good year. Everyone in Atlanta scratched their heads when the Falcons picked up the option. If anything it showed the stubbornness of this regime not admitting they made a mistake. Edited October 18, 2019 by atlbillsfan1975 1

I doubt he will get a ringing endorsement from any of his coaches or GM after the season when teams inquire about him during FA.

In addition, he's an UFA next year. Why trade any assets for a guy who isn't getting the job done and will be able to walk next year ( unless franchised) ? These insane potential trade posts get ridiculous. People seem to want Beane to chase every guy that a team wants to dump. Unless there is a rash of injuries, I don't expect Beane to make any deals that involve giving up draft picks or significant amounts of cash. He is setting up to sign the best of our own and make significant draft additions. We've watched him for a couple of years now and the strategy seems to be pretty clear. Given the results to this point, I'm okay with his approach. 1

He’s not perfect but if he was he wouldn’t be available. If you wouldn’t give up anything that’s fine, but It’s not a ridiculous thought imo. I anticipate it would come with an extension or it wouldn’t happen, so the UFA part isn’t an issue. But if so could turn into a comp pick.

Trading for him would make no sense...unless Atlanta is giving up something to get rid of him..

Rocket94
Too many questions surrounding this guy, and certainly not worth draft picks. This is not the guy the Bills are looking for, so just add him to the endless list of "Should the Bills go after him" nonsense. 1 hour ago, PetermansRedemption said: I honestly didn’t know who this was before reading this thread. The problem is, he isn’t good nor do I think he cares about the game a lot. He had 1 good year out of 5, why would you want to extend him? It is ridiculous when you think that the 7th rounder the Bills picked this year will have a similar impactful career than Beasley. Beasley has had 1 sack in 6 post season games. None in the Super Bowl season playoffs. Beasley will be out of the league in 2-3 years. No way Beane makes this trade. I am sure Beane and McDermott coming from NFC south know to stay away from Beasley.
