DCofNC
Unreal. How the hell are they paying 2 wrs, neither a true #1, 34M a year and still doling out monster deals to other guys too.. soon to be the same mess Reid left Philly in. It will be Maholmes and the grocery baggers in 3 years. The contract conveniently lines up with having to pay the QB

Yeah, thats exactly what Im saying. Hill is a helluva playmaker, but a conventional WR he is not. A lot of yards came on gadget bull#### and crazy scrambles that broke defenses down by Maholmes. I'd take a bet he wont break 1000 yards this year, teams can plan for him AND he's buily like a school girl, he wont last.

It's called context. She basically tells him that she can end his NFL career with false accusations, eventually the argument gets heated enough where he tells her what would happen if everything she's accusing him of were true. Interesting that everyone here remembers the initial accusation, but almost no one knows about the follow-up investigations. Maybe the NFL should ban every player accused of a crime, because if it's about image, whatever happens after the initial report is irrelevant. NoHuddleKelly12
The double standards in this league that exist for domestic violence, let alone on just the Chiefs roster, are frankly mind-boggling. But hey, there are the all-important yards to be had per play, right Andy? 1

This is really a ridiculous comment. I agree with you... Sure he catches a lot of passes near the LOS... but he also is insanely fast and elusive. He's executing the gadget play better than anyone else could - so that would lead me to believe that he's an amazing player. He has top level deep ball tracking. This leads me to believe he'll have a long and successful career, because speed while important is nothing if you can't get under the pass and catch it in stride. Look at Desean Jackson - not a particularly sharp route runner, and probably not as fast as he used to be, but the guy gets open and catches deep balls. He's not particularly physical, but he is quick out of breaks. Just because he's not huge or a high catch point guy doesn't mean he isn't a top 3 receiver in the league at the moment. The Bills just kept a guy for exactly that purpose over a big guy who high points the ball. So is Hill a bit "unconventional" as a #1 receiver? Yep. But calling it gadget bull**** completely misses the direction NFL offenses are going in. A guy who can do gadget stuff isnt a drawback.... it is an asset!
