What such a revolt even look like? Worse effort? Another losing season? What were they revolting against last year, or the year before....success as a team? Winning? This is good news for Bills fans. Also good news that you reference a crappy team and another losing season. Especially because of the ex Head Coach of theirs going to the other AFC East team. Hope he does the same of the JESTS. I guess only Bills fans see it this way.

This is essentially what he did and still got the absolute most out of his players And that's because he didn't try to trade the most-liked player in the locker room (Kyle Williams). Instead, he got Williams to buy into his process, then got him to share and communicate that plan to the other players. I'd be willing to bet part of McDermott's decision to coach in Buffalo started with finding out who was the locker room leader, and then getting the Pegulas to ensure that person was kept on board no matter what, which would kind of explain Kyle's last contract: $5.5M with a $2.5M siging bonus and $4.5M guarantee.
Just Joshin'
If they do trade him they better have 4 QBs on the active roster, one for each quarter as they are carted off the field.

He seems to fall into the trap that a lot of the belichick successors have fallen into...that because they worked with Belichick that they should be able to operate like he does. The "Patriot Way" exists because of Belichick. It's not something you can export to another team. Flores seems to believe otherwise and doesn't seem to feel the need to win the players over. Unfortunately for him, he's not Belichick and he absolutely needs to win the players over. The simple solution to fix it is to move Phish to NFC and move a team from NFC into AFC. Then the rebranded Phish get moved to New England and Biiicheat becomes first person to be head coach of two teams simultaneously.

I dont think the Dolphins did any of that "roster padding" with new guys who are willing to buy into anyone for the time being. Reed83HOF
https://www.miamiherald.com/sports/spt-columns-blogs/armando-salguero/article234508312.html One more thing: The Dolphins lose whether they trade for Clowney or not. If they land him, they get a guy who doesn’t want to be here. If they don’t land Clowney, the Dolphins have successfully alienated left tackle Laremy Tunsil who is known to be part of a potential Clowney trade. Tunsil knows this by the way even though Flores said after this game that Miami has no trade in place that includes Tunsil. Yeah, except Miami is actively discussing trading the team’s best offensive player. Even if the trade evaporates, Tunsil already knows where he stands with the team. The Dolphins didn’t sign him to a long-term contract this offseason and tried to trade him in the preseason. Laremy Tunsil cannot love any of this. So, yeah, this is a great way to handle things a week before the regular-season.

Plus the Bills brought in players to help the team too.

Dkollidas
I’d love to see Miami get Clowney if Tunsil goes the other way... if Miami wants to get good, they need a QB, and when they get that QB, they’ll need to protect him. Having Tunsil would help that greatly. Without him, they’ll be SOL.

You heard McD and Beane both consistently talk about "not being where we want to be" but they somehow got everyone to buy in, despite moving high-priced and (in some cases) talented players. Kyle Williams even stayed around on last year's miserable roster rather than going out with a playoff appearance because he believed in McD. Flores wants to tear it down and build it up the right way in Miami, and he should get that chance if ownership is fair. But now, more than ever, it is becoming clear that the Fish will indeed stink this season.
