Big Turk
It could have been a better throw but it was good enough to catch... I think Allen could have stopped and set his feet and probably would have if he realized he had more time but in the heat of the moment its hard to process all that stuff... Allen said postgane he didn't like the way it felt coming out of his hand and he also took responsibility on the Jones throw saying it was Cover 0 and Jones was 100% correct in continuing to run and he threw it as if he was going to sit down. H2o
The pass wasn't the greatest, but it was certainly a catchable ball. Clay dropped a TD and any hope we may have had left this season along with it.
Luka
I blame Clay only because he was trying to catch it in the endzone when all he had to do was catch it even if he ran out to the 2, still a first down with 40 odd seconds left.
technobot
Wasn't the best throw but it didn't have to be. Clay was wide open. Robbed Allen of a prime entry in his (hopefully) extensive career highlight reel.
bills11
100% drop the ball could have been thrown a bit further but it was still catchable ..wrs/tes make that catch all the time

Kelly the Dog
I think it's about 60-40 on Clay. Maybe 55-45. He has to make that catch.

GRHater69
Just catch the ball. He could have rolled over into the endzone, there was no one near him. If it hits you in the hands you have to make that catch. Hell I would have been OK if he would have gotten up and walked around a bit before going in the endzone just to take some time off the clock. Not a great throw, but not an awful throw at all.
Buffalo_Gal
Considering Allen was scrambling around trying to extend a play, tossed the ball across the field (well, close to it), and Clay was standing there tracking the ball... I am going with a dropped pass.

ILBillsfan
I lean that he should of caught the pass. It wasn't the best pass but it looks like clay reacted to the pass slow and it is a catch you would like to see your number one TE make and should of made so I voted for a drop

peterpan
Bad pass. It lost it's spiral and stalled in the air, forcing Clay to.make a late adjustment and come back to the ball. He could have/should have caught it but it should have been an easy completion with a better ball.
CuddyDark
It was kinda both but Clay should have caught it. He should have come out to the one and caught it like a punt.

djp14150
The issue on Clay..if QB is scarbling he should come closer to the qb. This wasn’t 4zth and goal. You could still get a 1st.
Dadonkadonk
Guys in this league need to do the incredible to win. Even with Brady, it took an incredible catch by Edelman in the SB to beat the Falcons. Zay dropped a much more difficult catch. Clay's catch was almost routine by NFL standards. The throw was incredible.
MPT
Not voting for either. It was a bad pass, but it still should have been caught. Allen was under much more duress than Clay on that throw. Edit: "bad pass", location-wise. It was amazing he got it there at all.
