That's the AFC South........so they are trading him when they are in first place?

FWIW Badol, I laughed when you wrote it and honestly NFCS, AFCS, eh they both suck.  This is coming from a guy who’s lives in Tampa since the Bills/Giants SB, and fans here have no aspirations as to this year for the Bucs.

I always do eight in total. Four Bills and four non-Bills.

Four non-Bills:

- Saints to win the NFC South and make the NFCCG;

- Russell Wilson benched before the season ends for performance reasons;

- All four AFC North teams to finish the regular season with winning records;

- The Green Bay Packers (not the upstart Lions or the reigning champion Vikings) to win the NFC North.

Four Bills specific:

- Gabriel Davis leads the Bills in touchdown receptions (regular season);

- Jordan Phillips is not on the Bills by week 18;

- Dorian Williams starts at linebacker and garners defensive rookie of the year votes;

- Josh Allen has a career low in rushing attempts and interceptions (regular season).

Out of curiosity, how'd you do last year?

Same here.  Last year was bad (25%), after a good 2021.

Non-Bills:

  1. Jets miss the playoffs
  2. Panthers win at least 8 games
  3. Giants finish last in NFCE
  4. Colts have worst record in the league

Bills:

  1. James Cook finishes top 5 in RB YPC
  2. Elam wins and retains #2 CB role
  3. Bills begin season 8-0
  4. Milano wins DPOY

Bills:

1. Deonte Harty will be our breakout WR this year

2. We will be a run first team and rely on short range passing (not sure how well this will go over with Diggs)

3. We will finish as #2 defense in league

4. Our offensive numbers will be down due to Josh not running as much anymore

5. Bills will be 10-7.

NFL:

1. Saints win their division

2. Jets won’t make playoffs

3. Lions will take a step back

4. Eagles will be the nfc champion again

5. Hopkins will sign with KC before training camp

6. Chicago will win 5 games

7. Arizona and Colts will battle for worst record (colts will finish last though and get Caleb Williams in next year’s draft)

8. Ravens will win 9 games

9. Packers won’t make playoffs

Going bold alphabetically, not doing everyone because not everyone is bold

BAL- miss the playoffs despite Lamar playing all year as division attrition and WC tie breaker vs Jets haunts them

CHI- only go 4-13 and Fields ends up being a more glorified runner then passer and again CHI has to ask what to do at QB

LAC- implode at 6-11 and Staley is fired

NYG- luck smiles the opposite way as they go 5-12 and are never really close to being in the hunt at any point

SEA- they win the NFC West and 1 seed at 12-5

agree with these (and i changed your predicted win totals slightly).  In order most likely:

Baltimore misses the playoffs.  Unlike KC with Kelce, you Can take Andrews away from Lamar.   And after that . . . nothin.

NYG will be lucky if they win 6 games.  Because its like the pre-season predictions where the win totals for the league are more than the losses.  Somebody gotta lose a whole buncha games this year.

Bills Predictions:

  1. Josh Allen has his highest rated season and wins MVP
  2. Dorian Williams locks down the starting MLB position
  3. Elam breaks out and locks down a starting corner position
  4. Bills finish the season top 5 in sacks with Rousseau reaching double digits
  5. Bills defense and offense both rank in the top 2 of the league

Predictions for rest of NFL:

  1. Watson returns to being a top 10 QB
  2. Giants regress to below .500
  3. Sam Darnold starts at some point in SF
  4. Nick Chubb leads the NFL in rushing and touchdowns
  5. Miami finishes with 9 or 10 wins but misses the playoffs

0/8. And to be honest I wasn't that close on any.

Nowhere to go but up.

Here's mine likely to all not come true.

Non Bills:

-Jets finish last in the division.

-Sam Darnold will start for the 49ers in the Super Bowl.

-The Raiders will have the first pick in the 2024 draft.

-Eric Bienemy will be given a made up title (eg. quality control coach) and coach for the Chiefs in 2024.

Bills:

-We lose to the 49ers in the Super Bowl.

-Josh Allen leads the team in rushing with Cook, Harris, and Murray eating into each other's carries.

-Stefon Diggs leads the league in catches.

-Bills go 9-0 at home (including Jags game in London).

2. Josh leads the NFL in passing yards

3. Bills score 5 total TDs, from defense & S/T

4. 6 players eclipse 500 or more receiving yards

Shakir explodes as the new #2 WR, Dalton gets 6-8 targets per game, and Harris becomes the new fan favorite at RB in an offense that relies much more on the run and play action.

Bills go 11-6.

Bills somehow host the AFC Championship game against the Chargers, and beat SF in the SBowl.

Green Bay and Arizona are dreadful, both win just 1 game.

The Giants realize they suck again.

One of my favorite threads last year was created by GunnerBill, where he asked us to list our NFL predictions before the start of the season. Before training camps begin, let’s get this started.  Go…

AFC East predictions:

Bills win the division and go to the AFCCG.

Dolphins and Jets finish 6-11. Rogers retires at the end of the year.

Pats finish 10-7 led by Kendrick Bourne break out season of 1400 yards 12 TDs. He then signs in the off season with KC and immediately says how NE isn’t fun. BB responds with a mumble no one understands.

Jets ✈️ will win the SB

🤔

It's funny I had to kill an hour before my next job yesterday.  Called into Bart Scott and whoever his partner is on ESPN NYC radio. Brought up facts - Rodgers had 12 ints only 26 to. Previous 4 years had 15 ints total. Talked about the difference in ol, had other points too, but got hung up on, both, especially Bart Scott were soooo triggered, I gotta find that clip. I killed them w facts.

The ball washing for the Jests is like something I never seen. They make every excuse in the book about why Rodgers play declined. Bart talking about a CJ Mosley in the 1st half that got us a fg in our 2nd meeting, so they should have won.. I swear that dude has cte

Team hasn't had a winning record in a decade, now they're SB bound? Foh!!!

One from each division:

AFCE: New England finishes 10-7 and makes WC. Having a true OC is the difference

AFCN: Steelers finish 10-7 miss playoffs. Pickett takes leap forward.

AFCS: Houston give Jacksonville a run for their money for division crown

AFCW: Sean Payton flops in Denver. Move on from Wilson after season

NFCE: Giants finish last in division. Danny Dimes takes steps backwards.

NFCN: Packers finish 9-8 clinch WC. Love proves capable as mid level starter.

NFCS: Arthur Smith finally figures out how to use Pitts. Falcons win division by 3 games.

NFCW: Purdy was a flash in the pan. Sam Darnold leads 49ers to division crown, deep playoff run before his mistakes cost team SB appearance.

Bonus:

AFCCG: Buffalo at Kansas City

NFCCG: Dallas at Philadelphia

Super Bowl: Buffalo vs Dallas

Picking 1st overall next year: Arizona

Coaches Fired:

Kevin Stefanski

Dennis Allen

Ron Rivera

Brandon Staley

Robert Saleh

Deshaun Watson will be booed off the field before Halloween.  Stefanski will not make it through the season because someone needs to be the scapegoat for being mediocre when you paid all that money to Watson.

James Cook will lead the NFL in ypc.

Dalton Kincaid leads the Bills in TD catches this year.

Ed Oliver will get 8 sacks.

One right.

One not too bad.  Cook is 5th and 5.0 ypc though.

My Browns was a swing and miss.

Kincaid needs like 7 TD’s these next two games.  He can do it.

Huh. Mixed bag.

I think my non-Bills ones were pretty good. I was slightly too punchy on Green Bay, but was much higher on them than the consensus and IMO them winning a playoff game isn't out of the realm of possibility. I was too punchy on the Saints but that is mainly because I was wrong on the Buccaneers who I had as a top 5 pick team, credit to them for getting to 9 wins. I didn't foresee that.

Nailed the other two, AFC North all winning records and Wilson benched.

Davis only trailed Diggs by 1 frustratingly..... and Phillips is not on the Bills ACTIVE roster (but that wasn't really what I meant). The other two were miles off.

Going bold alphabetically, not doing everyone because not everyone is bold

ARZ- goes 1-16 with only win against ATL

BAL- miss the playoffs despite Lamar playing all year as division attrition and WC tie breaker vs Jets haunts them

CAR- wins division at 10-7

CHI- only go 6-11 and Fields ends up being a more glorified runner then passer and again CHI has to ask what to do at QB

DAL- make the SB

DET- fail to win division and barely make playoffs at 9-8 (MIN wins again at 10-7)

DEN- win the AFC W at 11-6

GB- go 5-12 as the bottom falls out for real and Love is not the answer. welcome to QB purgatory

JAX- take AFC 1 seed at 13-4

LAC- implode at 6-11 and Staley is fired

LAR - bounce back to a 9-8 record and just miss wildcard

MIA- Tua plays all 17 games and they go 11-6 winning a game in the wildcard

NYG- luck smiles the opposite way as they go 7-10 and are never really close to being in the hunt at any point

NYJ- make the playoffs as the final WC spot but get bounced in first round after blowing a 20-3 lead at halftime

PHI- the NFC East finally sees a division winner repeat as the Eagles repeat but lose in the divisional round to Dallas at home

PIT- The non losing season run ends as they go 6-11 as Pickett fails to take the next step and being in a tough division wrecks havoc as they finally finish 4th

SEA- they win the NFC West and 1 seed at 12-5

SF- they make the playoffs but as a wild card as 10-7 as QB uncertainty finally catches them a little

WSH- New ownership brings in a new era... but the results on the field are worse as they go 3-14 and end up picking 2nd in the draft

haha oh boy lets recap how bold I was and how bad it got

ARZ- goes 1-16 with only win against ATL (ended better but still near bottom)

BAL- miss the playoffs despite Lamar playing all year as division attrition and WC tie breaker vs Jets haunts them (whoops)

CAR- wins division at 10-7 (holy f*ck this was bad)

CHI- only go 6-11 and Fields ends up being a more glorified runner then passer and again CHI has to ask what to do at QB (close)

DAL- make the SB (TBD)

DET- fail to win division and barely make playoffs at 9-8 (MIN wins again at 10-7) (I think had Cousins not been healthy MIN would've won it)

DEN- win the AFC W at 11-6 (they got closer then most thought)

GB- go 5-12 as the bottom falls out for real and Love is not the answer. welcome to QB purgatory (missed)

JAX- take AFC 1 seed at 13-4 (happily wrong about)

LAC- implode at 6-11 and Staley is fired (nailed it)

LAR - bounce back to a 9-8 record and just miss wildcard (almost got it)

MIA- Tua plays all 17 games and they go 11-6 winning a game in the wildcard (got record right lets see if they beat KC)

NYG- luck smiles the opposite way as they go 7-10 and are never really close to being in the hunt at any point (nailed)

NYJ- make the playoffs as the final WC spot but get bounced in first round after blowing a 20-3 lead at halftime (Rodgers injury ruined this week 1)

PHI- the NFC East finally sees a division winner repeat as the Eagles repeat but lose in the divisional round to Dallas at home (imploding)

PIT- The non losing season run ends as they go 6-11 as Pickett fails to take the next step and being in a tough division wrecks havoc as they finally finish 4th (luckiest wildcard team ever, statistically they are a 6-11 team)

SEA- they win the NFC West and 1 seed at 12-5 (Geno and the offense failed)

SF- they make the playoffs but as a wild card as 10-7 as QB uncertainty finally catches them a little (whoops)

WSH- New ownership brings in a new era... but the results on the field are worse as they go 3-14 and end up picking 2nd in the draft (spot on nailed it)

I would say I nailed 3 of these, was close on three others
