Everything I feared with a Frazier/McDermott defense is showing to be true. They play a defense that can beat average to below average QBs, but when they go against good ones, they can't keep up and they look like fools. It's time for a change in philosophy and it starts by letting Frazier go. This coaching staff has made decisions that have gotten us eliminated every year from the Playoffs the last 3 seasons and it looks no different today.
