If Tua was rumored to play I would think the line would shift way more than a couple points

Agree.  I think it's possible that Teddy is playing, that'd make a lot more sense on the line movement.

Dolphins just came to town, -7, and took it to the wire.  Held the lead in the 2nd half...my point is if Tua is a sure thing to play, the line is either 7 or 7.5...10.5 to 9 likely points to Teddy and Armstead availability.

100 bucks which is a lot for me.

well i think thats crazy since you dont even know if Tua is going to play.  If he does play you dont know he will be in synch or even be knocked out again.  I think even with Tua the Bills make a statement.  Id say good luck but this is our team and I hope they kick Miami's ass so I hope you lose yours.

I know it isnt the end all be all but I saw on reddit that he is already in stage 3 and was before the game against the jets.  I can't find anything definitive though.

He is either in 2 or 3.  The coach was not specific about it.

So you went 8 bucks instead of 6 bucks this time?

In his defense, I started my fan duel account with not a ton of money, I placed a couple bucks to keep Sundays or primetime games interesting. I started with like $40, I’ve never replenished it, and now I have enough where I can put a couple hundred bucks on stuff I feel good about. (I’m looking at you playoff bound Buffalo Sabres)

I'm thinking of going to the game with my old man. Haven't been to one in years. He definitely can't stand for three straight hours. Does basically the whole stadium stand for the entire game or is that just certain sections?

Unfortunately the only places I haven’t had to stand is the club seats and the nosebleeds.

I appreciate all the in depth analysis of the concussion protocol, but he’s 100% playing. Nothing Miami has done this year has proven to me that they sincerely care about his health. I’m actually worried that our D will be scared to hit him given the Hamlin experience.

My experience of club level years ago was everyone sits and chills, lots of older people.

You could be right. It's definelty a risky move. I'm thinking Tua plays. If he doesn't the Bills can very well blowout the Dolphins. That's not a bad thing either. I'd rather lose $100 than the Bills losing the game.

No. In the third quarter of the last game the Bills started hitting again. Taron Johnson broke that seal. We will lay the wood on the Fins on Sunday. Damar would have it no other way.

Are you serious? I have no concerns over either of those things.

If Tua plays, I would hope the players do their best to knock him out of the game, and that should be made very clear to them this week by the coaching staff.

You look the wrong at Tua in his current condition and he is going to get another concussion.  We need to capitalize on that.

He should not have played another snap this year after his second concussion on TNF.

If he isn't going to care about his own health, why should the Bills?

No no no. They're supposed to go out there and be sympathetic. Give him a hug. Some crayons. They can't treat a guy as an equal when he has chosen to play a violent game and been cleared by experts!  We need to think of his future for him so he doesn't have to acknowledge any responsibility!!!!!

You're not saying the Bills need to target him with a bounty. You're simply saying they need to take advantage of the situation. No different if an OT had a bad ankle or a CB had bad ribs.

The NFL isn't for p*ssies.

So to be clear.....you're advocating for giving Tua his 4th concussion in 4 months which could have long term effects to his brain.

Have you learned nothing from the past week?

No. Tua taking the field advocates that. Responsibility is an individual choice.

I have to say, before it gets too crazy:

Regardless of what happened next, this season made a lot of people proud to be part of this family, and this may be my most beloved roster of all time. I wouldn’t be upset if everyone was brought back next year.

Again demonstrating why Bobby Lee and the Confederacy got their asses kicked and will forever be 0-1. Gettysburg was not for p*ssies either and we know how that ended.

No.  I think your take on Tua is sad.

Lower bowl stands.  Upper deck sits for the most part.

He will find the magic to stand

Also bring some cardboard to soften the concrete up standing.

Beyond that, cheers. I don't care what ya think. 😛😘

Back at you man.  No hard feelings, but your take after last week seems astonishingly obtuse.

Does anyone really think this guy isn't playing?

yeah. I don’t know if the NFL will allow it. And the whole organization is under a microscope not just for the whole Tua thing but other things as well. Even if the NFL is okay with him playing the organization might realize it isn’t worth it.

That is the best take i consider. But if the fins get blown out I think there is truth to pressure and stories having McDaniel on the hot seat. Does he play Tua to save his own skin or simply tell him that he is more important next year than the 3 road playoffs games to follow if they did win?

The same NFL that fully intended to continue playing football after Hamlin was given CPR for 9 mins and resuscitated on the field?

The same Dolphins organization that put Tua back on the field after an obvious concussion where he literally fell trying to walk, called it a back injury, and put him on the field 4 days later to suffer a much worse concussion?

Yeah, Tua is playing. Take it to the bank.

The NFL cares very much about the "appearance" of concern for player well being even if they don't mean it behind the scenes.

All eyes are on them right now with this situation. This is nowhere close to some "sure thing".

Also, as a doctor are you putting your medical license on the line to clear this dude?

Unless Stephen Ross is dead set on blowing this thing up and bringing in Brady and Payton in at all costs next year regardless of the outcome of Sunday Tua is playing.  McDaniel is fighting for his job and he isn't going in doing that with Sayler Thompson at QB.

That is the whole point though. Miami is under a microscope because of their previous poor handling of the Tua  situation back in week 3 and 4. That has to be on their minds now.

Plus, Tua is not in their future plans anyway at this point. He can’t stay healthy. Easy to just sit him and move on. They know they aren’t going on a three game winning streak against the Bills, Bengals and Chiefs. Not a lot to gain by possibly upsetting the Bills.
