Defense stepped up in the second half

not sure we win without all those turnovers. Offense wet the bed in the second half.

Team game after all!

Wouldn't say the O wet the bed in the second half. It was probably their most balanced performance so far... the scoreboard agrees. All Josh had to do was throw the ball away to kick the FG and the Raiders had no shot to come back.

But...........I was just reading about how awful we are........at 4-0.

We can certainly continue to get better, but we are 4-0!

Feel good, Bills fans!

I have not read those pages yet but I suspect I know the posters.  Bills win against a good, not great team on the road.  What is not to like.  No style points in the NFL.

Is that really bad news when they are 4-0?

I agree they need Complete game but both sides did a hell of a job today.

Just keep getting better every week...   don’t give a crap where the defense ranks.... be like last years defense during the playoffs.

That was his one bad play. Also why so conservative on the second to last drive?

This team is incredible. Defense is waking up, Josh Norman was huge today. No complaints, zero panic toward the end. Dodged a bullet with the possible Allen injury, that could have been the news of the day. 4-0!!!

he didnt trip and fall during a handoff that last series?

I agree; this is a sold road win to take us to 4-0.

It's been a very solid first quarter to the season.

This is really not a playoff caliber defense.  I feel a disappointing end to the season coming.

Then there is no playoff caliber defense in the league. The scoring is up against everyone in the league. The D actually came through big today.

big play by diggs, but norman strip was play of the game by far, the raiders offense was rolling until that play.

Those two and the 4th and 1 stop were the big game changing plays.

Up two scores , d playing prevent and Porter get toasted down the middle and commits 45 yard pi! Not acceptable.

The broadcaster was wondering what Hyde was looking at since he wasn't back there on that play (no surprise if you saw the thread last week), but yeah Poyer didn't even need to commit PI. He made it to the receiver with time to turn and make a play. Disappointing.

I think once you take the penalty and are back 20 yards you wanna just chew the clock out. No need to risk a turnover. At least that is my recollection.

Best thing about this 4-0 start is that I'm quite convinced that Josh Allen is better than Trent Edwards. This offense is incredible. 5-6 pass catchers at any moment. Loved seeing Dawson Knox galloping over multiple Raiders defenders on that one catch near the endzone. This team is terrifying with or without Knox but if he continues to step up, look out AFC.

No. This happens on under thrown balls.  The receivers slows down for the ball, which the guy covering can't see, initiating contact and creating a PI situation. Happens all the time.

Josh needs to understand the situation, throw the ball away and give Bass (a chance) basically to ice the game with a 17 point lead.    When is that light bulb going to go off?

It's not Josh Allen if he doesn't act like the super hot, super drunk chick at the party once a game.

Truly not following you, sorry.

But as I said, unlike previous years, I personally felt zero panic with this team down the stretch. We've got a top-5 QB.
