They are complaining but seriously the terrible INT call completely changed the game. That's a 50/50 type call, its not an illegitimate type call but it isn't an obvious type call either. My response there is, and will always be - if the D is giving up long drives, that is theirs to control. Get the stop, get off the field. However, if it had been ruled correctly, the Bills would have had first and 28 from their own 7.5 yard line. Assuming they don’t get a first, they punt, and the Rams get the ball at roughly the same spot - maybe 5-10 yards further back.
