mozillameister
The free agency looks awful except Randalle Cobb who might be resigned. But there's a hell of a lot of teams in rebuilding mode with great WR. Especially OBJ, who McD has a relationship with Gettlemen and QB + defense hungry. They might be interested in a lot of the draft picks this year in the 1st. What would you give for either those guys considering their contracts? A 1st? A 2019 1st and 2020 2nd? BillsFan130
OBJ nothing. Wouldn’t want that hesdcase with a huge contract on my team. Green I’m not sure of his contract details. If they are team friendly, then I would give up a bit not too much. He is approaching 30 7

blacklabel
Can't see OBJ buying into what they wanna do here. He's a diva that's prone to sideline and locker room temper tantrums if the ball isn't coming his way every third play. Tyrell Williams of the Chargers is gonna be a name to watch in free agency. Big target, faster than KB, stronger hands, etc. Don't forget Devin Funchess in Carolina, either.
RoyBatty is alive
I think WNY is "too small" for OBJ, to me it would simply be "weird" to have him here, kinda l;like thinking Terrel Owens was actually a bill.
Rc2catch
AJ Green is a little injury prone but without a doubt I’d give a 1st if it’s out of the top 10 for him in a heartbeat. He HAS to be double covered. So regardless of what stats he may put up here from a gameplanning standpoint I’m taking him anyday of the week. Consummate professional that guy. Beckham, and that contract I’m not sure I would even take. Maybe if the giants gave us their 3rd and OBJ for our second lol. I have always disliked him though

He Has played in like 110-123 possible games. more durable than Julio by games played he had 1 season where he missed 6 games. If they think they are better off building long term because Allen isn’t quite ready, keep the draft picks Edited November 29, 2018 by NewEra
Victory Formation
There isn't an elite guy in this draft but a lot of good talent. I think there'll be a good WR with our 2nd. I'm not against trading up to #33 to make sure we get Marquise Brown.

White Linen
IMO besides QB, WR is the hardest position to fill. Good ones hardly become available in free agency, they're hard to draft and they're expensive. If you can get an AJ Green for a 2020 1st round pick, I would do it. The best scenario is if Allen really develops and makes a great one out of what we have. Edited November 29, 2018 by White Linen

Big target, faster than KB, stronger hands, etc. Don't forget Devin Funchess in Carolina, either. These are the only two WR worth pursuing in FA in all honesty. And Funchess may be the only one worth the money we would end up having to pay. Tyrell hasn't performed to the level of what he will sign for in FA and what we would likely have to pay to get either here. Both are upgrades over KB this season, but our best options lie within the draft: Brown, Harry, Arcega, Johnson etc. OBJ wouldn't fit the culture here, and not just for the tantrums. Green is a great WR but he's aging and becoming more injury prone and likely wouldn't be worth the investment for the short time we'd have him. That's not to say both would be an immediate upgrade to the corps and give Allen a better throwing option. They would also likely command more double coverage giving Zay and the others the lionshare of targets. Even so, I'd rather spend a first on our own OBJ or AJ rather than trade than just that away to get them directly. Ideally, we'd want to end up with a situation similar to the Steelers with Brown and JuJu - while Brown commands the double team priority, defenses still have to scheme for JuJu almost equally, which provides incredible matchup advantages not just in the passing game, but with the run as well. Defenses will have to package personnel to combat two top WR threats on every play, yet field enough in the box to stop the run. Same luxury was felt in Denver with Thomas/Sanders up until two years ago. Imagine what we'd do with two top receivers instead of just a WR1 and a rotating corps. Obviously, we need a WR1 before we can even have two, so not trying to put the cart before the horse here. Giving a first rounder for an injury prone older receiver seems like a very steep and risky price to pay ? I agree with this. I wouldn’t hate getting Green by any means, but honestly we have a very young team. We have had 2 drafts in a row, one with just McD here and one with both Beane and McD. Both have produced quite well for us so far. I have faith that they can continue to build by drafting well. This years WR group is deep, so I don’t know we need to make a big splashy trade. Whike both OBJ and Green are excellent WRs, both come with risks. Both of them are quite injury prone. Green is about to be in wrong side of 30 too where injuries might be more of a concern. OBJ is not only injury prone, but also not a great teammate or locker room guy. I have a hard time believing he would be happy in small media Buffalo with a no nonsense coaching staff focused on team first and discipline. I sure as hell would not trade 2 firsts for either guy like some suggested. Both are talented enough to be worthy of a first round pick, so I could live with that, but nothing more. Green though I think a 2nd rounder makes more sense due to age and injury issues. My preference...stay the course. We are headed in a great direction. Lots of cap space, back to back strong drafts, and a young team. This is a deep draft for WR, so I would start there personally. SoCal Deek
I still want them to give Eric Rodgers from Calgary a shot. He led the CFL for a couple of years then got hurt in Camp with the 49ers. So he went back and won the Grey Cup this year with Calgary. Tall and still in his prime. jletha
I would give very little for OBJ. His contract is way too high for one WR, especially one that causes drama. Money better spent on the trenches and/or 1-2 good WRs instead of 1 elite WR. Id be more into AJ. His contract is more manageable since he only has 1 year left and its cheaper.
