mikemac2001 Posted December 4, 2023 Share Posted December 4, 2023 (edited) I think refs messed this up a lot After the fumble / punch he was down in play and then an offensive penalty happened after the first down so it should have been clocked moved back to when he was down then 10 sec run off and clicking rolling right ?
