How? More realistically, the OL is what it is and Allen needs to get the ball out quicker.

 LOL, whatever troll.

Allen needs to start getting into the face of Dawkins and DawkIns-like linemen the way Peyton Manning would light into his o-line when their performance was subpar.

Eh. It will be more a product of them swinging and missing on a 3rd round pick and veterans to replace him.

No, it’s a product of losing a top-10 LB who is only 24 and has massive size and great mobility to take away underneath passes

FWIW I had no issues with how Elam played that td pass

The issue w/ preseason is that as fans, we have been starved for football.  It's a long wait.

When we finally get to see the starters, we want fireworks. We want to look like we're gonna look.  But that just ain't the way in the preseason.

Not that there aren't concerning things going on.  But it's easy to overreact.

Why is he so terrible? It’s shocking

Maybe people will start listening to my draft take that he is a bad schematic fit who is incredibly handsy, average in coverage, and doesn’t want to tackle. He’s an overrated football player. The Bills should move on while he has value

Did you just wake up this morning, take your Wheaties, and get yourself pumped up for an entire day of calling out Josh Allen's off the field activities?

Absolutely ridiculous thing to harp on today.

Just spittin facts dude.  Allen got famous and now the QB room and OC booth are filled with his buddies, to the detriment of the team.  His off-season is split between between F1, movie stars and trying to become a movie star all while evidently not eating much healthy food.

The refs Do suck. However McDermott sucks more. Seems like all the chatter about Frazier not having anything to do with 13 seconds are true. McDermott defenses sucks and he looks like a rookie calling plays. Gonna be a long ass season. Dolphins and jets have made moves and we have not addressed the lines or the defense. Flame on I don’t give af

Don’t bother with Airseven he just bounces around being a dolphins fan to being a patriots fan depending on the weekend

You know things are getting bad in a game whenever we’re starting to jump on Josh Allen to

Ok, fine, so the Bills are committing penalties, it's impossible to believe the Steelers are playing mistake free football. That's the biggest frustration, knowing its biased flag calling

I understand that fully, but to say without saying from the refs actions, the Steelers are playing mistake free is pure comedy. By not throwing flags against Pitt is admitting they are playing "perfect" football. Everybody knows that's not the case.

Steelers have 3 penalties called on them

Preseason is about getting some live reps and staying healthy. Nothing more.

Their last two drafts don’t look good at all…. Whiffs.

This year's draft class at least is looking amazing, which is ironic because it was supposed to be the weakest draft class in a long time. Kincaid looks like he has elite potential, Torrence is already showing starting caliber ability, and I've seen promise from Dorian Williams albeit playing against 2nd stringers.

Positives from the first half:

1) Kincaid

2) Torrence

3) Davis

Disasters from the first half:

1) MLB

2) Dawkins & Brown

3) Elam

4) McDermott's glasses

I agree with the list of positives.  Add the penalties to the negatives.  And how does Allen avoid that list?  Are we in North Korea?

Also every single Edmunds hater is going to gorge themselves on crow this season

Letting Edmunds go wasn’t the problem. Being so arrogant and ignorant of what talent they had to replace him was. Not making a move to replace was/is the issue. And it looks to be a costly one.

He had 2 incompletions and a 3rd and 24 pass to Davis called back because of Spencer Brown but hey you wanted Josh Rosen draft night anyway

Dude they have massive investments all over the defense…. If the defense is an issue this year then there is no reason whatsoever McDermott should be the coach because he’ll bring absolutely nothing to the table.

Should have spent that money on Edmunds

Preseason football is so weird.

It's sorta like... if you hadn't gotten laid in 6 months, and then the opportunity FINALLY came, but it was a mid-Kansas truck stop diner waitress named Marge with a square ass, smoker's voice, and a mop for a leg.

Like...it's nice to be getting some action, but THIS?!

And all she gives you is a hand.

For sure. That's actually my biggest concern.

Even in preseason - that shouldn't be happening.

Agreed but it will cause the coaches to be all over the players this week.  No one will remember or care what happened tonight when they are doing the right thing in the regular season.

Here's my take, it's good to see the top rookies playing well, that's incredibly important, particularly this season.

Hopefully the other starters are just duffing it because it's only preseason.  That would hardly be the first time that's been the case.  IDK, glass half-full kinda thinking.

I can't imagine that they won't be ready for the opener and will come out like this.
