sirebors
The Bills are currently the favorite to be in the Superbowl and may even be poised for multiple appearances. I've been to both Buffalo/Dallas Superbowls but that was over 30 years ago. I'm trying to guage the viability of attending another. I'm not a season ticket holder now, but i was in the 80's and 90's. I never won a lottery. I paid $500 in Pasadena and $250 in Atlanta. What is or will be the going rate for Superbowl tickets now and in the future? I know it will probably be 5 to 20 times higher than what I paid. I'm just trying to figure out if it's an option. What would Bills fans be willing to pay? Where would be the best place to get tickets? When is the earliest you can get them? How many tickets are generally on the market? When is the earliest you can book hotel rooms and flights? And can they be canceled? Any help would be greatly appreciated. These are the destinations of the next 3 Superbowls? Super Bowl LVII: February 12, 2023 -- State Farm Stadium (Glendale, Arizona) Super Bowl LVIII: February 11, 2024 -- Allegiant Stadium (Paradise, Nevada) Super Bowl LVIX: February 9, 2025 -- Caesars Superdome (New Orleans, Louisiana)

Augie
I know, but I’m not allowed to tell. I’ve been to one Bills SB. It was vs the Redskins in Minneapolis. It did not end well, of course, but it checked that box for me. I don’t “need” to attend another, but I would if the situation was right. I first and foremost want the Bills in the Super Bowl! After that there are options: would I rather be at the SB game, or in the draft room a few months later. I’d take the draft room.

Olaf Fub
For last year's Super Bowl, it looks like six grand was the cheapest option. (Up to $75,000 if you wanted to splurge.) 2022 Super Bowl tickets

mikemac2001
LA I think bumped the prices but man I told myself I would go to the next SB we make but I’ve changed my plan to the parade whenever that is. I think it would mean a lot more and just be amazing

mrags
The SB in Tampa 2 season ago during covid I bought tickets with the intent on going and/or selling tickets on the secondary market. It was a terrible year for it and a lot of things went wrong. ended up paying $17k for 2 tickets. When all was said and done I lost $6k and sold them for $11k after the Bills were out. you can buy them on the NFL site right now if you want I believe. Prolly right around 5-6k for the cheapest seats. Up to pretty much whatever you want for high priced seats. If your looking for something decent, but not crazy, I’d expect 7-10k. id be happy to help with any questions you have. Just msg me Edited May 8, 2022 by mrags
mrags
Oh, FYI, a general ticket for the SuperBowl is resold on average 5-6 times before it reaches the hands of the person attending the game. the “Brokers” aka scalpers, know more about this game you will ever know. I learned the hard way. If you wait until you know the Bills are in the super bowl, expect to spend likely 20k or more in tickets. Maybe 30k. For the tickets you could have had for 7k.

I didn’t check to see if it was the right one. or… maybe you have enough seniority and you win the lottery directly from the team. Although those seats are pretty limited. I can’t remember the exact number or %. But each team gets so many tickets to distribute to ticket holders. Of course, at the the NFL prices. BillsFanForever19
Might want to ask the Bills fans who pre-purchased Super Bowl tickets last season or the ones that bought tickers the season before that if they think it's a wise investment. BringMetheHeadofLeonLett
You can always go the Vegas route and plunk a grand or 2 down per ticket on them to win the AFCCG. If they win, a bunch of your costs are covered.
Old Coot
As I recall free tickets to SB1 were given out because about one third of the tickets went unsold (likely due to the "outrageous" ticket price of $12).
Just Jack
You can put down a deposit now for tickets and hope the Bills make it. https://onlocationexp.com/nfl/super-bowl-tickets

If they win, a bunch of your costs are covered. That's exactly what I did online. I put $950 on the Bills to win the AFC at +425 which means I get back $4,987.50. Last year tickets started out over 6 grand but the cheaper seats ended up in the low $4,000s the week of the game. I figured close to $5,000 was what I call "Super Bowl insurance" for $950. The reason I kept the payoff under 5 grand is because Caesar's makes you jump through more hoops if you want to withdraw more than $5,000. Currently the Bills are +360 so "insurance" will cost a little more than what I paid back in February. The odds got lower after KC traded Hill. machine gun kelly
Just not worth the cost anymore. Not when you can watch on a 70+ inch tv on HD. considering travel, hotel, spending, and the ticket or even a rental car, we’re talking like $7-10k. Three kids in college will make you twice or ten times about that investment.

If you shop around you may be able to do a bet at a reduced or minimal risk. Back in January when Caesar's started in NY they were offering a $300 signing bonus & a match of funds up to $3,000. I don't know what they're offering now, but check into all current sportsbooks.

I think they're the best place, but I wouldn't put down a deposit since it doesn't appear that the total opening price is even up there yet. Last year they were cheaper than StubHub! . The main problem with buying early is the original asking price is usually higher than the price near the game. The exception was in Arizona for the NE/SEA Super Bowl XLIX where tickets just kept going up & hit over 10 grand and a lot of people got stiffed by smaller brokers. After that I decided it was either NFL On Location or StubHub! only. Fearing that scenario the next year for Super Bowl 50 I bought early (I was committed to going to SB50 since I have family in the Bay area) and paid $4,726 per seat in October from StubHub! and they were around $3,500 by the week of the game. DCofNC
Real deal, I’ll watch on TV. That said, if the Bills make it in 2025, I’ll take my ass to Nawlins if I can score a pair of decent tickets under $5k. I don’t want to go to AZ or LV, so if we make it, cool, I have a nice TV.
