This was a nice piece and I like what Dion says about the team and how the guys all like each other, but I want to see this team in the Divisional round next year. It's not just player execution (though that was a big part of offensive problems) it's also coaching...McD and Daboll. The players may want to be playing a year from now, but do the coaches? Judging by last Sunday's game, I'm honestly not sure. I do agree that the bandwagon is full. The Buffalo Bills are a Team or Family. We are not about individual players just trying to make a contract or paycheck. This is very important for us growing and moving forward. I can careless if we have bandwagon fans in all honesty. If we continue to play good it will only help us further long term with the media and on road games. GO BILLS! Hoping Dawkins gets extended soon. He has turned into a real leader and one of the most key players on the team. Hard not to feel excited for the future after reading that. Keeping continuity with good to great players will accelerate Josh's growth and confidence and help in the run game. I'm super pleased with Devin and if we can get another workhorse and a top notch WR, this offense should improve a lot by next year. Keep the defense intact, plug in a pash rushing demon on the edge and BOOM! We are going to be playing this week at this time next year at home! Can you imagine a home playoff game? And some who are "bandwagon," are really fans who became disheartened by the continual disappointments of the prior playoff drought. I'd take them back. Dion is a natural leader, his play this year leveled back up to his abilities. 2018 was tough for him because of what he had going on besides him. Oline works as a group. The coaches and players love him and they believe in him. He was drafted as a raw prospect that needed time and he’s done nothing but improve. No reason to think he won’t keep ascending.
