Allen has the talent and the physical gifts to do that with. Just like the Bills cant build the team they want in one off season, Allen isnt going to fully develop in one off season. He may never be elite but with a good team built around him, he can be a winner and a solid QB. Allen throws INTs when he forces the ball into coverage when he’s frustrated or just overconfident. However, he can physically make just about any throw. That’s a fixable problem. Nathan Peterman is not physically capable of throwing a deep out pattern with enough velocity to avoid being intercepted by NFL caliber DBs. So when he attempts one ( the throw is a key part of NFL offenses) the likelihood of it being picked off is very high. This isn’t about draft status, it’s about correctable flaws.
