Rubes
Well, it's not much news, but it is breaking. Mike Rodak @mikerodak Some minor Bills news to pass along: team will not be tendering RFA tackle Chris Hairston. Mike Rodak @mikerodak Unless Hairston eventually comes back at lower price than RFA tender, Bills will need backup swing OT. Unless Kouandjio can step up. BringBackFergy
It's kinda like when we let Doug Levitre test Free agency...we kept Cordy Glenn and Eric Woods and Andy Legurski. Let them test it out like Chan Rhinehold. See what they can get.
purple haze
I see us spending big on Iupati and hopefully I'm wrong. At this point we just need people who can block. If they decide paying Iupati is worth that so be it. But I think they are going to get a couple O-linement in FA. An OG and a RT.

KDIGGZ
I hate when we think we can salvage a player after one year. Arrogance of coaches. They think he failed under last coach but I'm a better coach so I can fix him

Wing Man
More than Ryan, this feels like a Roman move. Unlike Marrone who wanted large and ultimately immobile offensive lineman, Roman likes more agile athletes who can move rapidly to pull and block for the running game. Hairston may have been too slow in Roman's offensive mold.

Hairston may have been too slow in Roman's offensive mold. He wasn't drafted under Marrone, he was drafted in Gailey's 2nd season (draft), and Gailey preferred more athletic lineman who could get out on sweeps, but most importantly, screens. Kelly the Dog
Does this really require it's own thread As much or more than this thread really requires that post. It's news. It's Bills news. It has a small affect on FA, now that we have one less OT.
