BuffBillsForLife
AJE is pretty meh but somebody needs to play DE. He knows the system and was probably reasonably priced. Better than dumpster diving for a JAG. 1

LEBills
Nice, he was playing well up until he injured his ribs late last year. 6.5 sacks, 2 picks, and 8 passes defended is pretty good for a guy who only played 36% of defensive snaps 4

BillsPride12
I like this. I think most people on the board had him written off as a goner but I always felt like there was a good chance the Bills would try to retain him if they could. Still has the potential to become even better and even if not he is a good depth guy for the DL rotation.

Logic
If you figure there are 32 teams who collectively start 64 edge rushers... AJ was in the top third of the league in pressure percentage last season. Ascending player. Glad we kept him. 5

Alphadawg7
Love this, especially at that price. Its a win-win for both sides...2 year deal, so if AJE continues to ascend, especially with his role increasing again this year, he has a chance to cash in after 2 years. And its a team friendly deal for the next 2 years for the Bills giving us a quality DE at a good price. I would MUCH rather have AJE on this deal than Floyd on the deal he signed with Niners. 3 6
