Aesop
I'll eat...I didn't think he'd play. But I'm glad I was wrong. No way he's the back up. If he is healthy enough to be active, he is healthy enough to start. Go Bills 1

It’s almost as if a professional sports organization with access to the best medical information there is knows what to do rather than a bunch of dudes on their phones scrolling twitter and other outlets. I think I just saw Bill Cower at the airport as I type this on my iPhone. 2
MJS
So McDermott was just telling the truth, as I thought. No games from him, as others were suggesting. 4 minutes ago, Mr. WEO said: Maybe he wasn't nearly as injured as the Bills were letting everyone assume..... None of that came from the Bills. McDermott said he was day to day. He was limited in practice on Friday. He is listed as questionable to play, not doubtful. The team seems to be completely honest and forthright in how they approached it. Everyone else was just speculating. 1

machine gun kelly
Hey, I’m happy he can be the emergency backup meaning he’s capable of needed, but I really hope they rest him. That injury can worsen and it wouldn’t kill them to let Case play vs. an opponent not really in the equation for the matchups as it pertains to the playoffs. It’s more important he’s there for the Brownies next week. what’s the harm in a rest week, and babying that elbow for 13 days. I just don’t want the nightmare of it getting worse. It’s an irrational fear as I know he’s tough as nails. 1 1

There is zero chance that a team who rests guys because they cut their fingernail too close is going to put Allen out there if he’s not close to healthy and at real risk for further injury. Im sorry.. there’s just no way. Edited November 12, 2022 by SCBills 2 3
Bills Fan in MD
The cheapest tickets on Ticketmaster were close to $300 last week and dropped to close to $100 this mornings. They're going back up, but if anyone is trying to go to the game tomorrow now's the time.

What if it’s just a nerve issue? A bruise on the nerve that just needed a couple days to heal. If he’s healthy, he plays. The Bills aren’t going to risk their franchise QB.

UKBillFan
Part of me is hoping we're not rushing Josh back too soon but a fully fit player can be ruled out by just one play. We need him to return to pre-bye Josh; hopefully the playcalling will help in that regard.
gjv
I would think if they are letting him play, Allen’s elbow is 100% healthy. Don’t want to see his elbow in ice after the game.

JMM
I'm hoping that this will help Josh go back to playing within himself as he did to begin the year. And if he's fit to play every offensive series, why wouldn't we play him? Part of me does think a week off may have been the better choice in the long run, but we're doing it so fingers crossed. No offense, but maybe you are basing this off what people who haven’t actually examined Allen’s elbow have said? Because no one inside the Bills organisation has said it’s a sprain or a long term injury. Allen himself said he was fine after the loss last week. And the Bills have Barkley sitting right there… they could have him back up Keenum. Edited November 12, 2022 by Wayne Cubed
