PirateHookerMD
" According to the Pro Football Docs, Jackson appeared to suffer a potential cervical spinous process fracture – aka a clay-shoveler's fracture – which could heal before the end of the regular season without surgery. Most importantly, while gruesome, the injury carries no risk of associated spinal cord or head injuries. " 1

That's a pretty big injury to diagnose. RunTheBall
No way to know until the X-rays come back. Hopefully just a bruise and a couple weeks off. The fact that he was moving on the field and in the ambulance is a very positive sign. This could be a minor injury as bad as it looked. Hoping for the best
