Agreed. The Titans will be there in the end. I hate Vrabel with a passion, but the dude gets his team ready to play. Week 1’s can be weird. I would not overlook this team next week. Thankfully it’s in Buff

Only bad thing about this weekend, personally, is that, the way it's shaping out, even after the SNF/MNF games, it looks like I'm going to end up with the 2nd highest point total in my league.  The one person who will score more than me is the person I was playing.  Also, Najee Harris got hurt, not sure how bad it will be.

If we play our A game they get blown out by 3 TDs or more. 

 

I personally don't see the Titans as a good team this year. I think both them and the Patriots will be the two teams that made the playoffs last year that will miss this year.

Was rooting for the Titans. They are not a threat for the 1 seed or the AFC. Pummeling them next week on MNF before everyone found out they suck would have been sweet but oh well.

Btw the bogus roughing the passer call against Carolina vs Cleveland in the game winning drive, the officiating crew confirmed it was the right call. Thought it was a horrible call by a ref looking to throw a flag.

That's fair but like every new offense, I want to see how they adjust once teams have tape on their tendencies.

 

Plus, I just don't think GB is going to be that good this year, at least on offense.

I am with you. Over the years, my view of Vrabel has really changed. He isn’t a meathead. His teams have an identity and play solid football. They are prone to these bad losses to bad teams, but they are going to play all the good teams hard.

 

We are going to have to play fundamentally sound— no turnovers or ST gaffes, solid running game, limit their big plays, and execute well.
