YoloinOhio
We finally have the Watson decision so we can make an informed prediction we’ve already done AFC South, AFC West, NFC East, NFC North, NFC South
FireChans
I could really see Cincy taking a step back and missing the postseason IMO. buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut I have zero faith in Mitch, whoever the ***** is playing backup in Cleveland, and I could see the Ravens attempt 50 passes on the year, so I still picked Cincy. HappyDays
Bengals. Burrow is the best QB in the division, he and Chase are entering their 2nd year together, and they plugged some holes on the OL. I'm not buying the narrative that they made it to the brink of winning the Super Bowl on luck alone.
Warcodered
Don't trust the Ravens, or Steelers, and the Browns are *****, it's the Bengals as far as I can see.
Donuts and Doritos
Definitely Bungles. They were an O-line away from winning the SB last year & upgraded O-line. They're a true threat to contend for a SB (along w/ Chargers & KC) IMO.
Southern_Bills
I'm not sure the Bengals will be a "contender" but they will still be the class of the North. Outside chance JK Dobbins comes back on a high level and him and Lamar kill it, but that only gets you so far.

You make good points Chans. I know Cincy tried to improve their line and they have great skill players, but they also played a banged up Mayfield last year, a banged up Ravens team, and the Steelers are toast as was Ben. I just see a healthy Baltimore with going back to their 2019 roots in lots of 12 and 13 personnel. Lamar shined in this type of offense. He’s no Allen or Mahomes, but for what he does now, and still has the legs for it, I think they edge out Cincy. I can see a final record of: Baltimore 12-5 Cincy 11-6 Pittsburgh 9-8 Cleveland 9-8 BTW, Bills 13-4 and a dog fight into week 18 for the #1 seed. This is the scenario where we play our starters in week 18 and humiliate again the Cheats 47-17. Oh and Mac sucks an egg again where the Cheats finish 8-9.
Kirby Jackson
This division is wide open. Any of the 4 teams could win with the right breaks. I went with the Bengals. Despite an incredibly difficult schedule, I think that they’re the best team. My guess is that all of the teams are pretty close.

They probably won't be terrible, but they won't be good enough, barring key injuries to the other teams.

Yep, and it doesn’t look like they are in the Jimmy G race anymore. They have our division as we know, but also the NFCS. If Winston plays like last year at 5-2, the rest of the Saints are aging, but stacked. The Bucs are going to be tough and they have us. The Fins may actually be good enough to beat a Jacoby led Hash Browns.

buffaloboyinATL
Cincy will regress a bit and have injury issues, Baltimore will win 10 games, F Cleveland, and somehow, Mr Biscuit and the Steelers D will cobble together 11 wins, to win the division. I voted Steelers.

TFBillsfan
Ravens edge out Cinncy if they stay healthy. Pittsburgh will be competitive with a strong D and playmakers on offense. Depends on their QB play but I’m sure they will surprise a few teams. It will be interesting to see what becomes of the Browns this year, culture, team dynamics, leadership, etc, with the Watson situation. I use to root for Cleveland when not playing the Bills, but I have to imagine many fans like me now detest them. Feel like they sold out and knew exactly what Watson did but looked the other way. HOUSE
The Browns will be a league wide hated team, it's not just the DeShawn Watson thing, it's more about offering a fully Guaranteed contract that will eventually effect every nfl team. Bleeding Bills Blue
Cincy went to the super bowl - but they were only 10-7 in a year where Cleveland and Baltimore had really rough years injury wise. Their defense has a really good rush defense so they'll always be a tough mark for others in the division (everyone in that division wants to run the ball). They have really solid skill players on offense and have tinkered with the offensive line to try and keep burrow standing up. They used some picks on the secondary - but that unit was bad all year long and I'm not sold on them doing enough there. Assuming injured players come back healthy - Humphrey/Peters/Clark/Hamilton/Fuller is about as good a secondary as you can get and this team usually gets after it pressure wise. They had the worst pass defense in the league in 2021, which i'd wager is highly unlikely to reoccur. Dobbins and Edwards are also such massive upgrades over the old guys they were forced to use a year ago. I think it will be competitive - my pick is ravens - but i could see Cincy winning the division too. Baltimore had a winning record in the previous 4 seasons, and injuries are largely to blame for a defense going from top 10 the previous 3 seasons to 25th. They also went from top 10 in turnover diff, to bottom 5. Edited August 19, 2022 by Bleeding Bills Blue

Somehow they became underrated. It isn’t crazy to think that they go from 9-7-1 to 11-6 and win the division. Hated by who though? The Watson will be in play, but the players won't hate Cleveland more for the contract. Do you think the players will hate them more for doing something that, in the long term, will positively effect every NFL player? Speaking of elite, I look at their front 7 on D and I see nothing there but some competency and hopes. Harbaugh will have them playing hard as always (except of course last year when they played Cincy), but if they’re going to make any real noise, it’s all on Lamar. Agree their front 7 doesn't have an obvious difference maker there. But it is the Ravens. They will be coached to within an inch of their lives and somebody will emerge. He may even have them fighting for the division championship. That’s about it though, their overall talent is just lacking compared to other AFC contenders. One or two years from now, with more developed draft picks and a few more moves? OK. Question then though is who is the QB?
