Nextmanup
That's OK. There's a big difference between getting an interview and a job offer.
Demongyz
was bound to happen. What is the regulation with this again? can only interview during an off week, such as the bye week before the Super Bowl? I'd hate for him to be worried about this trash now. Blank Stare
They’d be lucky to have him. From a leadership standpoint that organization is a disaster.
BuffaloBillyG
He is a great leader. If he can land a quality OC to work with Fields he could do pretty well. 1
JÂy RÛßeÒ
McDermott went out of his way to be clear during his post-game presser that this is Frazier's defense. It's not McDermott's defense. 5
Nextmanup
For younger fans, remember that Frazier was a Bear player from 1981-1985....he was a cornerback on that great 1985 team and he blew out his knee in that Super Bowl returning a punt. Never played again after that. So he has a history in Chicago.
Logic
I don’t want to lose him, BUT… Two 3rd round comp picks will soften the blow. 4

He definitely deserves to be in the mix for a head coaching job. Just wondering if teams look at his tenure with the Vikings and age, and don't think he is the answer. warrior9
He and Zimmer have similar defenses and philosophies. If he does get a job, I'd like to take a long look at Zimmer.
aristocrat
Could be an attractive job. Be curious to see if maybe he goes with Brian Gaine as a sort of package like McBeane? Needs a good oc and lot of help on offense for fields.

FilthyBeast
Frazier has to be near the top of teams lists interested in a retread, especially when you look at his body of work in Buffalo and fielding the top ranked defense with no probowlers this year. If we do lose him the silver lining is a guaranteed 3rd round pick and we can probably land Vic Fangio as new DC if we choose to look outside the organization.
mushypeaches
I love what Leslie Frazier has done for our defense, and I'm sure he's an outstanding coach But any team that hires him isn't exactly firing up their fanbase and with a young QB needing to be developed, it's hard to see the Bears, or many other teams choosing him as head coach
