Anytime you take away a teams best player that team is gonna struggle.
Today was a perfect storm of an uncreative offensive scheme and of course terrible blocking in the middle and Allen melting down.
Cards would struggle without Kyler, same for Seattle without Wilson, if they have bad games the team has bad games. Sucks but it is what it is.

Allen was out there, so what’s the excuse?  Losing Brown? I don’t get it.

Lol I know what you're saying, but can that PS player really be worse than Cody Ford though?

You can't get much of a worse performance by a guard.

Cannot pass block. Can't run block. And can't recognize stunts.

I do understand Ford is the 7th O lineman on the depth chart, but they can't put him back out there.

Yes, the answer is yes. A scrub on a PS can most certainly be worse than Ford.

So do you really think that if the starting offensive line was playing today they still would’ve only scored 6 points? Are you just going to completely ignore that the defense only gave up 9 points?
the offensive line was terrible and the penalties were inexcusable. That being said you are fooling yourself if you think the Bills can’t beat everyone left on Their schedule. The Rams almost lost to the Lions, cowboys were exposed today-these games are going to happen

Didn't say the wouldn't.  We likely will make playoffs but I've moved beyond that for expectations.

I don't know about that.

If he wasn't a 2nd round pick in the nfl (that the bills traded up for) just a few years ago, I really don't know if he has a job in this league.

He is horrific.

That’s a lot of quotes lol.

They took Allen away today with pressures up the gut without blitzing.
That’s gonna negate almost every quarterback in the league.

Literally every guy on the line played terrible. Not saying that Ford wasn’t bad, but make sure you call out the entire line, not just Ford for this game. Dawkins was consistently beaten or on his back, Williams decided not to block anyone on that last sack-they we’re all atrocious

If he was a 6th-7th rounder he'd be cut long ago. They're vested and any chance of him getting a 2nd contract ended today. Just bench his a ss and use Bates more.

Tbf Dawkins getting destroyed by speed rushers and them not even trying to chip for him is becoming a thing. It wasn't just the backups that struggled and the line as a whole hasn't been great all year.

Here's a hot take:

The Buffalo Bills do not have a NFL caliber OL or RB

If losing a mid round rookie OL makes all the difference, then you were not good to start with

1.  We have lost to both over 500 teams we have played.

2.   We lost to jags.

3.  5-3 with softest schedule in league and playing back ups.

4.   Offensive line is absolutely terrible.

5.  Run game is embarrassing and as a result you can just play zone and not even have to worry.

This is at best an average team right now.

We need a shake up at oline.

We need to make breida active.

We need Knox back

Find a scrub off a practice squad you play oline...

Even then.  This team is average.

I pointed all this out weeks ago and it was disregarded.

I think this team is still good enough to make a postseason push by default because there are still plenty of equally bad games left on the schedule but let's not kid ourselves into think this team isn't going to be one and done whether they win the division or get in as a WC.

I actually wouldn't be surprised if this is just the beginning of a very ugly stretch where we lose really start to hit the skids and lose 4 or the next 7 or something similar. The talent just isn't there despite all unwarranted worship of this GM and HC.

The truth is there is no real tiger this year. Buffalo is arguably the rightful favorites right now, but there isn’t a team that looks like your usual contender IMO.

In the afc yes.  Rams bucs and cards would destroy us right now.

I wouldn’t bet the mortgage on that

4 man rush.

1.   Pressure every play.  Let that sink in.

2.   2.3 yards per carry against empty boxes.

I'm sorry but I could find a dude on the street that can do better.

This I agree with but titans and ravens would whoop us right now.

We have a good defense, but this offense isn't getting us anywhere after the 1st round of the playoffs.

Pats are only 1/2 game behind us now.

You sure we're still making the playoffs after being embarrassed by a 1-6 team, guy

Beane and Sean should understand how this year might totally blown by their inexcusable decision to stand pat with this pathetic O-line. Now, they can't fix it and the fans, who have given these guys a pass on any scrutiny because of their record the last two years, are faced with the prospect of this great team struggling because of their stubborn reluctance to address this glaring weakness.

I'm a stickler.

Steelers were not an above .500 when they beat the Bills.

We live in a world where Bobby Hart was signed off our practice squad. That should tell you all you need to know about the available OL talent out there.

Ha.  True that.

It's just disappointing.  Feliciano.  Regressed.  Dawkins.  Regressed.  Williams.  Regressed.

Ironically we were saying Morse should be cut but he's by far best right now

On offense we are, no running game, 4 men, 5 men spread....

On defense we are solid.

Yup.  Issue is they can get pressure with 4.

I say we put josh under center next week and let moss or whoever get a head of steam rather than running out of shotgun all the time.
