Man with No Name
Ben is old and banged up. His body AND arm need the rest, and Tomlin knows the odds are in favor of the bills winning anyway. That factors in huge. We should play guys who feel good, and rest anybody who is banged up. keep the ball rolling.

Maybe play our guys the 1st half and then see what happens.

RoyBatty is alive
I think this is tremendously good news. The Browns HAVE to win, they will likely beat a Mason Rudolph lead team. It makes sense for the Steelers to rest Big Ben, they prorpbaly assume we wil beat the Dolphins so not point in trying to win, he looks like he needs it badly.

Correct, this makes no sense whatsoever. By Pitt falling to the 3rd seed (provided Mayfield don't sh*t the bed again), would that mean the Bills get the Ravens?

loveorhatembillsfan4life
So if all other games go to the Favorites as we would expect plus a Browns win. That would put the odds in favour of us playing Cleveland or Indy depending on the result of our game. The only other game that I could see change things would be if Houston were to beat Tenn. Hapless Bills Fan
Don't count them eggs as chickens yet, Fellow Fan Last time the Mason Rudolph led Steelers played the Browns, Rudolph got whalloped upside his Haid with his own helmet. I assume the Steelers players have opinions about that occurance. Is this Tomlin giving them a chance at the Mason Rudolph Revenge Tour?
Jerome007
The Bills can beat ANYONE they'll face in the playoffs... but anyone of those teams can beat them too. I'd only give better odds to the Chiefs... and the Ravens. Because styles make fights, and the Ravens run heavy offense is obviously a bad match for the Bills D. Though at least the Bills O can outscore them.
