Leader of the Offense and leader of the Defense both fielding questions in their second seasons. It's easy to forget how young he is, the kid can't even buy a beer yet. We all get better with experience. I'm a lot better at my craft 23 years down the road compared to when I walked in for my first shift. McDermott/Beane seem to have a good eye for defensive talent and they though enough of Edmunds to trade back up into the 1st round to grab him. I think Edmunds is going to be special. I don't know if he'll get that heavy but he will be close The only mlbs I can think of that were his size that I remember, at least in modern game, urlacher, seau, Thomas, Lewis I think urlacher played in the high 250s Lewis , seau, and things around 250, give or take It takes a special athlete to hang MLB at that weight, and Edmunds is the most athletic gifted of them all Let's hope he develops his skills to go along with it!! I started right after the draft last year and play maybe a couple games a week (sometimes more, sometimes less). I usually sim the playoffs and preseason though.
