Game Balls vs. the Vikings

Jerry Hughes. That was his best game in a long while, perhaps ever. He ate Reilly Reif's lunch all day. Then again, 2 TO's by Milano and his pass defense was solid. Tough choice. I'd go with Allen, but he just handed it off the entire 2nd half. Not that that's a bad thing, mind you.

I’m also giving one to the punter. 43 yard average, great hang time, with 5 out of 6 inside the twenty with a couple that really pinned them back. Very nice. Schmidt would have put most of them in the end zone.

Chris Ivory ran tough, and the big catch and run

Josh Allen - has moxy, learning

Jerry Hughes - pressure all day

Matt Milano - he was everywhere

Coaches - Had them ready

Oline - Improving, still work to do

Ditto down to the word + Tre White.

Also, I think McD displayed some exemplary leadership by giving Frazier the game ball after taking away play calling duties from him last week.  Leslie earned it, but props to McD for acknowledging it.

I think this is great for the coaches' chemistry moving forward.

Jerry Hughes was a monster out there. Consistent pressure all game long.

Josh Allen getting things done through the air and on the ground AND looking like a real leader of the TEAM, not just the offense.

Matt Milano had a great game. Kicking that ball into his hands for an INT was impressive.

I was impressed with the Daboll/Allen combo. I definitely saw some Patriot-esque qualities and it gives me hope going forward. You could tell Allen absorbed and learned nuances that Daboll had coached.

It seems small, but I was really impressed with Allen’s touch, trajectory, and placement on short throws and screens. It seemed like he did a tremendous job putting his backs and receivers in a position for YAC. I think the staff must be hammering him with the technique to use on each of these throws. Huge improvement from last week.

Defense:  whole D was excellent today, but choosing one player, Hughes.  He was a beast

Offense:  Josh Allen.  Heart and soul of the offense

So basically everyone except Peterman ?
