I didn't notice Flacco having any trouble stepping up in the pocket, I didn't see Star applying any pressure either. Hankins has been a far superior run stuffer the last few years and is still a fa. What type of disfunction are we talking about? And between whom? This is the first time in a long time that the coach and GM actually seem like they’re on the same page. I can see where maybe staff members that preceded McDermott might be uneasy, because he has not been hesitant to make changes and clear out the last regime.
