BeginnersMind
Cincy will be tough. Aggressive defense and can be good on offense. Also unlike Atlanta, they have a home field advantage. And the Bills injuries are really piling up.

apuszczalowski
It's funny how the bills always have to 'earn the media/publics respect' because they have been mediocre for years, but no one else seems to have to do that. They lose to GB in OT, the week after changing OC, which is usually good to spark a week or 2 of much better play, then beat up on the browns, yet buffalo beat the defending NFL champions who were undefeated, the Broncos who were also undefeated, and lost a very tough close game to a Panthers team that just beat the Patriots, but it's the Bills who have to 'earn the respect'. The bills are supposed to be scared of the Bengals defence? Like They were the Broncos defence? Let's see what Dalton and the new OC, can do when they have to face a NFL caliber defence and not the train wreck that is the Browns....
r00tabaga
how tf are we underdogs? They have a better roster for sure but to think that a 1-3 team vs a 3-1 would be a pick 'em on neutral soul is stupid.
CommonCents
They have a better roster for sure but to think that a 1-3 team vs a 3-1 would be a pick 'em on neutral soul is stupid. The record has nothing to do with how they set the spread. Cinci has been a much better team since changing OC's and the spread is a reflection of how Vegas feels about the current team. The Bills had a few key injuries that certainly didn't help push the line in their favor. Oh well, underdogs again! Go put up another W. The Bills should be inside the top 10 in all those silly power rankings that come out today/tomorrow.

YoloinOhio
Cincy OL is tragic. If they play a defense that can take advantage of that, they will lose. Dalton is a different QB under pressure and they haven't been able to run the ball effectively vs decent defenses. It will be a low scoring game imo similar to last year. Blokestradamus
Looks like they don't even know their best 5 up front. @pauldehnerjr Offensive tackle rotation vs Browns: Jake Fisher: 82% Andre Smith: 70% Cedric Ogbuehi: 48%
Drunken Pygmy Goat
Bengals D is very good, especially against the pass. Taylor is going to have a rough day, IMO, throwing and escaping the pass rush. I expect another game similar to the last two. Probably going to come down to turnovers and penalties; whoever makes the least mistakes.

SoFFacet
Everyone should relax about being underdogs in this game. Cincy has a great defense and their offense has played legitimately good ever since they fired their OC. They are at home and we are coming off of the emotional high of two of the most quality wins the franchise has had in years. This should be a close game. Mat68
I think Buffalo should win. Im curious to see how the passing attack looks without Matthews. Jones and Holmes wont scare anyone. Even after yesterday Jones is like 98% to having a monster game. That play on the sidelines in the first half could have been a TD if he didn't stumble. Hopefully, that diving catch builds his confidence.
quinnearlysghost88
this is just about a must win. need afc wins I know this is sort of hyperbolic, but really these are the games we look back on in Dec when we don't control our destiny anymore and say, if we'd only beat the Bengals we'd be in the driver's seat. Magox
I imagine the game plan will be similar to this past game. The underneath stuff will mainly be to the TE's and RB's with an occasional throw to a Wide out. With multiple shots down the field with the wide outs and a couple mid to long 20 yard throws to Zay. nucci
Picking the Bengals without hesitation. Buffalo will play a lot of close games and now with injuries hitting this will be a letdown. why will this be a letdown? The players won't play as hard? I don't understand. I think they're pumped as a team and can't wait to play next week......and every team has injuries and they have all week to prepare Edited October 2, 2017 by nucci
thebandit27
I expect a very close game. Cinci's OL isn't getting the job done, but they have a potent stable of backs and WRs, so when Dalton is right, they can put up points. Their front 7 is up and down; having Burfict back gives them a shot in the arm though. Buffalo's LBs will need to be on their game if they want to limit the receptions out of the backfield, and the pass rush will need to force Dalton into mistakes. Offensively, we know the model: grind clock and cash in on opportunities in opponent's territory. Tough game methinks.

CanadianFan
Without our best WR and leading tackler and maybe a couple other key injuries, it's setting up to be an awfully tough game. Yes exactly. And folks, I know Cinci has had its struggles. But this is still a very talented team not that far from playoffs. They just can't win in playoffs that's all. Cinci isn't as bad as their record says. And our Bills have over-achieved the talent we have.

Boatdrinks
The media are licking the Rams taint now and what have they done? The Rams have scored lots of points and play an exciting brand of football to the average fan. Not surprising they would get attention. As for the Bengals game, it's not going to be a walk in the park. Their offense seems to be clicking after the OC was fired. Kind of like the Bills last year. Such moves have a way of getting everyone's attention. They did to the Browns what you'd think a decent team can do to the Browns. If the Bengals O had struggled vs CLE that might mean something. The Bengals D is pretty good and the Bills were offensively challenged before J Matthews injury. This one is no gimmee.

Oh the Rams are a great story. Just making the point while the Bills have to "prove" something, the Rams don't have the same media expectations. Then again, I'm sure the NFL strongly encourages positive coverage for their newest football market to help spur interest.
