Note to Doug: Don't hire a coach who demands you pick his son's frat brother in the first round. You have made it clear that you hate Shaq, but I have a good feeling that reverting back to a 4-3 will have everyone happy we made the pick.. a full offseason and only having to worry about playing one position will make all the difference in the world. I'd say it's hard to say...I mean I can like someone after the fact but that doesn't mean they would've been my 1st choice. It's hilarious how some people tried to put it down to boost up Rex. I hate coaches losing jobs because it means your team failed. But Rex was given as good of pieces as any recent Bills coach.
