I can’t accept that… Lol only cause I’m a big DJ Moore fan.
This is fields year to take the next step or probably never make it.
They’ll have a solid run game, Moore, Claypool, Mooney and Kmet is a pretty solid set of weapons. If fields can get the ball to them guys they could be pretty good. I can’t defend the coach stuff though, took them 6-7 games last year to even move fields out of the pocket.

They need to improve both O line and D line.  They will be a wild card in the NFC mix.

The Bills and the Chiefs are spending the same amount of money on the OL this season (so far).

Chiefs have two guys under rookie contracts though that are absolute studs.

And Thuney, Taylor they are paying top dollar for .( I think Orlando Brown is a free agent but could be wrong)

Yeah- they invested in and did a better job scouting the OL

Replacing Orlando Brown at LT with Jawaan Taylor appears to be a downgrade. Their starting RT Andrew Wylie signed with the Commanders. So far they appear to have gotten worse on the OL, not better. But it's still super early. I feel we are further behind the Bengals right now anyways. I already know we can beat the Chiefs. The Bengals I'm not sure if we can.

Exactly, Bengals are much more of a problem.

Because BB’s track with OL is awful. It’s the exact opposite when it comes to the secondary.  I’m not sure but if the guy came that cheap, I’d young and versatile the Cowboys would’ve found a way to keep him.

Well the Cowboys blog says they would have liked to keep him as he was solid. But not at that price. The track record is not perfect but certainly not awful. Dawkins and Morse come to mind. I think they will draft an OT fairly early based on this to complete with SB at RT.

You don’t like the move. Ok got ya. Your recommendation?

The Bills need to get at least 1 this year and another next year.

He didn’t draft Dawkins. His best OL draft pick is…..Brown?

I don’t hate it but it’s not gonna move the needle much.
My recommendation is draft better and find money to build a solid OL in front of your most prized asset.  KC focused on that 3 years ago.  We drafted AJ.  They drafted an Creed.

They just win the Super Bowl and somehow the Bengals are more of a problem than the Chiefs?

Plus, rumor of Tunsil to KC as a possibility.  That would keep Taylor at RT.

Technically his best OL draft pick is Wyatt Teller.

Well technically of those two teams they are the one that beat us last season.

Tunsil reportedly wants to set the bar for LT pay. Will KC be able to meet his demands?

Good points on Creed. I’m all about an OT in the 1st or 2nd!

If McGovern ends up being our big free agent move to shore up the o-line, then our offseason is a failure, certainly compared to the moves that KC has made to protect Mahomes over the last couple of years.

We didn’t keep Edmunds.

If I had to guess … there was, most assuredly, a good chunk of change slotted to the hope we could keep him on a discount.

That money now becomes live.

Quite a hot take here.

I didn't know that we were limited to one free agent.     Also we have cap issues to work though and free agency doesn't even officially start for two days.   Other than that, spot on post.

Some of these signings are for people like this guy who are completely made up.

Seahawks to sign Bart Bartholomew two four year $52M contract.

I hear Bassoon Bassomatic and the Eagles have a deal in place as does Piccolo Pickadilly.

Okoronkwo had 5.5 sacks with the Texans as a pass rush specialist who didn’t play full time. Def some upside there with the player and a fairly reasonable deal for a younger pass rusher

The same can be said for every team in the league

How much money do we have left to spend on Free Agency right now??? Anyone know?

You're looking at this backwards.  Beane will sign the players he wants and they agree to terms.  He will free up what he needs after that.

None of us will know (including agents and players) how much he is willing to restructure.

IMO, it's the smart way to do it.
