That’s literally not what I said. Did you completely ignore “generally”?

You acted like it’s one or the other when it’s clearly not. I can think of 10 examples off the top of my head of great QB/RB duos. To think Buffalo can’t have both is a defeatist attitude.

You still keep putting words in my mouth and are arguing something I never said.

Do you understand what the word generally means? Seriously?

Bills could trade up for Bijan Robinson, and take a bunch of OL in the middle rounds, but they won’t.

So... Good teams let teams run all over them? Kc run defense looking as bad as the bills today

Every defense in the league is built to stop the pass now. Teams with elite running offenses have an advantage. Of course for that style to be successful against an elite passing offense you have to keep pace with the other team, but if you manage that you end up minimizing total possessions and turn the game into a dogfight even against a superior opponent.

The number of passes where Mahomes doesn’t have to make a read (or just has to make one read then fire it) are crazy. It’s always a slant, quick out or back shoulder that is obviously scripted.

We seem to make Allen try to diagnose the entire defense in the pocket and go through 5 reads on long developing routes.

wait, that was your threshold?  Tannehill not playing???

I gave Tennessee zero chance to win with Malik Willis playing, to me he doesn't look ready for the pros. And i have zero interest in watching KC cruise to an easy win. But Henry is apparently back to his old ways and Vrabel as usual has his team ready. It makes this a watchable game.

Half the defense is different between then and now I’m pretty sure. That might have something to do with it.

Maybe not half.  But Milano and Poyer are difference makers for sure.  Hamlin is playing well for Hyde but Jaquon Johnson is disappointing to say the least.

No one gave the Jets a chance, yet here we are. There is a reason they play the games!

Good call. 👍  It’s NFL, but i was ready to give up on Willis.  Good thing they still have a dude named Derek Henry.

Maybe we can pump the brakes on the idea that the Chiefs have better weapons than the Bills. They have an unbelievable TE, a decent #2 WR in Smith-Schuster, and a bunch of role players. Their pass protection is a little better than ours and run game with the RBs about the same. Their offense is really just Andy Reid's scheme plus elite play from Mahomes. There's no reason our offense shouldn't consistently be performing better than theirs.

Yeah, you said generally like it is some rare thing when it’s clearly not. Pretty much half of the Super Bowl winning QBs of the past 2 decades had an upper echelon running game. Beane needs to stop ****ing around and improve the O-line like he did to pass rush.

considering the resources that the Bills have poured into their defense, it should be miles better than KC's.

DaQuan Jones has unfortunately leveled off quite a bit these past two weeks after playing at an elite level before the bye. He is the linchpin of our run defense.
