Darnold looking good all the way down the field.  Then two bad plays, 2nd and 24, he presses and BAM!!  INT on the 5 yard line.  You see flashes, then the big pick.  Looks like the best he can do at this point is a Fitzy career.

I'll say this for Fitz...  he has success against the Patriots.

The Jets losing streak is currently at 12 against New England.  Coming close to the Bills one of 15 years back.  Guess who the last Jet starter to beat them was?  Yep you guessed it.

He also snapped the 15 game losing streak for the Bills against NE 10 years ago.

In 2019 as well he beat them with Miami on week 17 to stop them from getting a bye I believe?

I jokingly called him Picks-Patrick a bit as a Bill but I gotta give the man his due

If I’m a Lions fan, I’m excited for the future. They have the right coach in place. A full rebuild awaits, but it’s a good start.

I am not sold that they have the right coach. I do like the GM they brought in though and I think Campbell deserves a shot. The current roster is bad.

As always, just say NO to Ohio State QB’s.

Has there ever been an Ohio State QB that succeeded in the NFL as a QB?

Not up on college like some of you guys are but after looking at their list of NFL QBs I give a solid NO.

That is one bad list.

Matt Ruhle is a scum bag and a loser.

"We just came out of halftime and I was just like, alright, this just doesn't feel right. It feels flat. It's not how it's supposed to feel. It was 3rd and 2 and the ball didn't hit Colin [Thompson]. Does he drift? I don't know but I could feel it was like hey, it's at the tipping point. We're now or never. I think I waited one more drive and then I went ahead and did it. The last thing I wanted to do is embarrass somebody and I know this is going to be the story this week. Sam will define who he is. This is up to him."

No Matt.  Your terrible coaching should be the story.

And maybe you should explain what's really going on with CMC to and how you and your staff are going to oversee a league star missing potentially TWO SEASONS.

Why? Because he benched a crap QB who was missing wide open guys? Sam has declared himself, he’s a backup QB at best. It wasn’t just Gase and the Jests although they certainly didn’t do him any favors. I don’t follow the Panthers that closely so unless you are a relative of Sam’s what’s the deal with Ruhle? Honest question.

Everyone saw that.  We all see that.

He doesn't have to tell us that and throw him under the bus.

Take some accountability for the crap product you put on the field today.

I watched about half that game today.  That was a complete top down loss on offense and defense.

"I know that's going to be the story here this week...."

Gtfo loser.  Another over hyped college "genius" stealing money.

I have nothing against Ruhle, but I always appreciate a good rant.

important AFC games are done for the week. My top 5 AFC as of Sunday night.

Tennessee

Buffalo
Cincinnati
Baltimore
LA Chargers

I want to put Cleveland in there but i can’t with Mayfield out. and the Chargers edged them head to head.  Seems weird with no KC in there.

I have no idea where I stand. Putting together each team's best wins vs notable/meaningful losses, it's a weird picture.

Tennessee (5-2):

*Jets: Loss 27 - 24

*Chiefs: Win 27 - 3

*Bills: Win 34 - 31

(Key/Big Opponents Left - Rams, maybe Patriots)

Baltimore (5-2):

*Chiefs: Win 36 - 35

*Chargers: Win 34 - 6

*Bengals: Loss 41 - 17

(Key/Big Opponents Left - Browns x 2, Packers, Bengals, Rams)

Buffalo (4-2):

*2 Shutouts (Bad Teams)

*Chiefs: Win 38 - 20

*Titans: Loss 34 - 31

(Key/Big Opponents Left - Bucs, maybe Patriots x 2)

Cincinnati (5-2):

*Bears: Loss 20 - 17

*Ravens: Win 41 - 17

(Key/Big Opponents Left - Browns x 2, Raiders, Chargers, Ravens, Chiefs)

LA Chargers (4-2):

*Chiefs: Win 30 - 24

*Raiders: Win 28 - 14

*Ravens: Loss 34 - 6

(Key/Big Opponents Left - Bengals, Chiefs, Raiders, maybe Patriots)

Las Vegas (5-2):

*Ravens: Win 33 - 27

*Chargers: Loss 28 - 14

*Bears: Loss 20 - 9

(Key/Big Opponents Left - Chiefs x 2, Bengals, Cowboys, Browns, Chargers)

Looking at that, I guess I'd go:

1. Titans

2. Bills

4(T). Chargers

4(T). Ravens

5. Bengals

6. Raiders

The Titans have an even softer schedule than us coming up, and our toughest opponent left is an NFC team for both of us. The rest of the teams beat up on each other quite a bit, even the Bengals have in-conference games against Raiders, Chiefs & Chargers, not to mention their divisional rival Ravens. Hell, the Chiefs may never get their act together & fall off as a worthy test all together. Ravens mainly have to worry about division rivals, otherwise it's just 2 x NFC contenders, and the Raiders sit at 5-2 but with a ton of questions.

Funny enough, even if the Chiefs get it together, they basically have losing tie-breakers with the top of the field (and are still to play the Bengals & Raiders). Overall, looks good for the Bills provided they come out hot after the bye & stay healthy.

I wonder if you would have Buffalo #1 if Josh had converted the QB sneak.

Yeah, probably.  But he didn’t convert and Bills lost head to head.  And then Tenn comes out and kills KC worse than we did. So for tonight, Tennessee gets ranked ahead of Buf.
