Greg S
6-2 overall 4-0 division would be huge. It will be close because the Bills never seem to have that nice comfortable blow out win. See LAR game as an example. I will say 24-17 good guys.

BillsFanSD
This week is a fantastic opportunity to take firm control of the division and make the passing of the torch official. Let's get it done.
Florida Bills Fanatic
Newton's throwing motion looks like it did last season when he was playing with a right shoulder injury. Maybe all the running in the first few weeks has him injured again. He was routinely bouncing passes in front of open receivers. Nothing about his performance yesterday has me worried about the upcoming game. The only thing that bothers me right now is Dabol's play selection in the red zone. Beasley was open at the goal line repeatedly with no targets. Running Singletary into the weak side of the formation with no lead block failed repeatedly also. It was one of his worse games as a play caller. Hopefully, he sees the need to change things up to play Bellicheat.
Chuck Wagon
The only reason to be afraid of this game is a 68 year old man who won't play a single down. I'm sure I'll eat my words, but the Pats are just a bad football team with a coach we've come to fear and no where near the talent level of the last decade or more. Look at how guys are flocking to Tampa. Now look at the Pats roster. Outside of Cam, (who looks as broken as the other 31 teams thought he was) who are the bargain mid level FAs they use to patch the roster for the last decade plus? They've drafted poorly for the last 5+ years. They got hit harder than any team in the league with opt outs. They have ~3 pro bowl caliber players, one is a guard and one plays special teams.
Houston's #1 Bills Fan
If they just play solid football and not get caught-up in the BB worship, then we'll be fine. We are the better team. But, play the full 60 minutes and keep the foot on their neck!!
wjag
Maybe this week the Bills get back Feliciano and Smoke??? That would help. 5
Patrick Duffy
If Cam plays I'd expect a spy on him. If he's not throwing well right now that will likely resort to him running more which may give more confidence. So hopefully they keep him in the pocket and someone will be there if he decides to take off.

PaattMaann
at least 5 on the LOS all day with run and pass blitzes. Get Josh running early so he settles himself down. Take what the D gives you. Dont be afraid of Gilmore, lots of comeback routes with Diggs. Edited October 26, 2020 by PaattMaann

SF had the better scheme and players on Sunday. I fully expect a spirited effort this week from the Patriots. To quote Barry Switzer, yes that Barry Switzer when he was the coach of Oklahoma preparing to play Nebraska, "we will just have to out-athlete them".

Johnnycage46
It'll be interesting to see if the Bills D game-plan is similar to the Chiefs game-plan to basically take away (in this case) the running game and make Cam and the relatively ineffective Pats passing game beat us. On O, having Brown back healthy would be a huge lift. We were super competitive in both games last year against the Pats and just came up short. And that was with the Pats having all their defensive starters. My gut says don't be too confident, but my mind and looking at the state of each team's rosters has me saying we take this! 7 minutes ago, thebandit27 said: He was announced as the starter immediately following yesterday’s game Probably a "stop the bleeding and let's not destroy this guy's confidence" move by Billy boy. All_Pro_Bills
I hate to call this a "statement" game but that's what I think it is next Sunday. The Bills look to be the superior team although they haven't played up to their potential for the past 3 weeks. Chalk it up to a lot of issues, interruptions in the schedule, injuries, and such. Maybe the defense pulled out of their funk in the second half yesterday? And the offense needs to finish drives with TD's and not shoot themselves in the foot with penalties, some questionable play calls, and poor execution. But this is a game they should win against the Patriots. We know what NE is likely to do here. On offense focus on a running game with Newton and the RB's mixing in some short passing while running some clock. And on defense bringing pressure, a spy on Allen, and scheming to take away the over the top passes while making Josh take short and check down throws. The big thing is absolutely none of this should be a surprise or a secret. Much of it they've done for years against the Bills with great success. But this time the team has much more talent on offense than in the past. So there is absolutely no excuse for the coaching staff on both sides of the ball to not have a decent game plan ready to counter these strategies and the team ready to execute it.
D. L. Hot-Flamethrower
I think this game is going to be a battle royale. The Bills want to take control of the division and defeat their nemesis, the Pats are pushed into a corner and realize a loss to the Bills will likely spell the end of their divisional rein. zow2
Of course we get NE coming off two brutal home losses. Like they won’t be super motivated to get things right. But seeing as the Bills have lost a zillion games to NE and McDermott hasn’t beaten the hoodie, Buffalo’s motivation to win should trump anything from the Pats side. They’ve been our daddy for way too long. i want to see a pummeling

Roundybout
I mean this is basically the division right here. We win, go to 4-0 in the East and pretty much doom the Pats to a 3rd place finish. Then, we will just have to worry about the Dolphins who are starting a rookie all of a sudden. It's right here, boys! No pressure..

EersN'Bills
You'd think if anyone would be able to find a way to neutralize Cam, it's McDermott. And Cam has looked awful lately. I'm pretty confident, though you know BB can slow down Josh and he knows Daboll. I think Bills win, but it'll be closer than it should be. Pats will play angry after last week. Based on Belichick’s post-game comments, it sounded like they want to figure out what needs changing with their current players, not a replacement. Stidham is not exactly a world beater and looked marginally better in the passing game without being a real physical threat to keep anyone honest with his running game.
