Hebert19
While the D as a whole played great he was lights out I thought. He was getting his nose dirty like I havent seen from him before. Coming down into the gaps and sticking guys like Ingram and Edward's is NOT easy. He also did a great job getting contain on lamar a few times. The light is really on for this guy right now. 12 3
warrior9
Yepp. Yesterday, he was the player we expected him to be when we drafted him in the first round. Side line to side line, filling hard, better in coverage. He was great. 2
Dablitzkrieg
He did very well. I was extremely impressed with the overall performance of the Def. Pretty much every statistical category were season lows for Baltimore. They are clearly the best team in the league.
GunnerBill
His lane discipline was much better yesterday than in some of those games earlier in the season when the Eagles and Miami ran all over us.
atlbillsfan1975
He is awesome. I love Edmunds and think he on a gradual upward projection. My only beef from yesterday is when the QB is rolling out On the goal line, I think he lost the TE on the throw back to just behind him. That happened in the Dallas game on the first TD as well I believe. I could be wrong because I don’t know exactly who should of been covering the TE in those cases, but Edmunds was the closest and being the MLB I would think it was him. That is correctable and it could get him an interception later in the year if a team tries to pick on it. Edmunds is this teams Darryle Talley. He will lead with his play and calm demeanor. I love Edmunds and think sky is the limit for him. Edited December 9, 2019 by atlbillsfan1975

TroutDog
With the game he (and the entire D) played, they deserved more from the O. The long passes in the first half boggled my mind. I get one but that many?? The percentage is just too low. I wish we had a solid slant or screen as they would have been highly effective against the Ravens D and it could have changed the game. Happy
Good topic, I think Edmunds' play needs to be recognized. Not only yesterday, but in the past several weeks. He has become very good in rush defense, rushing the passer, and is looking like the player they drafted him to be.

wppete
Tremaine is a stud. He was the best player on the field for us yesterday. Im amazed to see a man that big run like a DB. Impressive to see, he was also laying some hard hits yesterday. he is improving every game he plays.
NoHuddleKelly12
He was already lights out being able to cover in obvious passing situations, but it’s been great to see development against the run, which should be an MLB’s staple, and will truly seal this kid’s ascent to our Defensive QB; don’t forget he was starting in the league while guys his senior were still playing college ball...just sayin’

But it happens. He is on an upward trajectory.

It seems the safety is supposed to have the TE in converge there. Its just a really well designed play.

Rc2catch
He is absolutely a star in the making. I would like to see them blitz him more often from the outside just cause I’m not sure he is blockable with that speed. Either way though he’s a fantastic player and it’s kinda crazy to think it’s possible he’s not even close to peaking yet. on a side note while we’re tossing some love around Shaq Lawson is most deserving of an I’m sorry thread. Some Fans have hated the pick since day one and written him off and wanted him traded or cut since day one. He was drafted too high, but you have to respect his work ethic and ability to get better. First he couldn’t stay healthy. Couldn’t rush the passer. Yesterday his work on the edge was amazing. He was either so fooled he couldn’t move or his discipline to maintain his edge was perfect. He was a monster reason Lamar had trouble breaking from the pocket. He is never going to be a league leader in sacks or defensive MVP but he is a starting defensive end in the NFL. jrober38
Our defensive front seven is one of the best in football. Edmunds is a big part of that. He and Milano have formed a really good partnership. I love Alexander and what he's about, but if we could add another athletic linebacker who has better movement skills, this defense could be even better.

That was a 12-4, 11-5 squad respectively, and deep runs for both...yes, we can hang with anyone, and a few breaks more go our way...we are priming for seriously good things coming Buffalo’s way in the next year +, to say nothing of getting to the playoffs this year, which will make 2/3 for this regime and counting.

scuba guy
Edmunds is a great player it just looked like this game he took it to a different level. In the middle of the game he started to punish the offensive players more, he saw how motor Beasley and Josh were getting hit with all the extra hits and said it's my turn. A phase from John wooden (he started to lay down more wood)

Some games the gameplan doesn't work and he needs to improvise more and he gets burned. Good plan and good execution.

I'm picking Buffalo in my pickem leagues. I had to go with Baltimore last week. So, I think there is at least a 50/50 shot, and probably somewhat better, given a better QB situation in Buffalo. Buffalo has also played well on the road this season.
