whatdrought
Before my time. Karlos comes to mind, also Ryan Fitzpatrick, but I’m not sure he would count.. we were just the first to get the wool pulled over our eyes.
Albany,n.y.
If you scroll down the linked article you'll find another ex-Bill: QB Rob Johnson for Jacksonville. Terry Miller had a short stint in the USFL after his NFL days and eventually ended up in prison, sentenced to 2 years. I couldn't find anything about what he is currently doing, he's 63 now. https://oklahoman.com/article/2667607/terry-miller-sentenced-for-bank-fraud Edited November 13, 2019 by Albany,n.y.

No, the Bills were the first and only to team to "get the wool pulled over our eyes" because Wilson and Brandon were in a hurry to sign him before he "exploded" and would have been more expensive. Well, Fitzy exploded all right, just not the way that Wilson and Brandon thought he would. The other teams that signed Fitzy knew what they were getting but felt he was worth it. I'm sure that's how the Fins and their fans feel.
The Real Buffalo Joe
Does Kiko Alonso count? I know he's still in the league. But after his rookie season here, he's been average at best, but mostly not that great.

Rocket94
Or the 2002 draft. The Bills drafted OL Mike Williams. He was a bust, and the Bills could of had Ed Reed! 2 minutes ago, Mr. Wonderful said: Aaron Maybin (before being drafted by acting "GM" Russ Brandon ) Everyone just knew that Maybin would be a bust...yet they drafted him anyway!

Fixxxer
Brandon Spoon is the quintessential one hit wonder In 2001 Started 14 games out of 14 games had two ints and two defensive TDs. (that was a rookie record at the time, IIRC) 4 passes defended 40 solo tackles 25 ast tackles and 7 tackles for loss. Never played another NFL down again. 2

He was popular while he was sitting on the bench, but once he got in there he played his way out of the league, setting records for futility that still stand to this day. Now in his defense, Marangi has stated that the season he came in after Joe Ferguson had a season ending injury, Marangi had an arm injury that limited his ability to throw.
