Both athletic but different players

Allen is decept fast for being a clydsdale of a QB.....LJ would be in a acme lung if he took a direct hit.....which he eventually will

So would Josh.

He's shifty, but with Allen it's more about powering through arm tackles. Lamar is as elusive as any running back in the league.

Exactly right and again comparing Allen & Jackson for escapability is like comparing apples & oranges.   Jackson is extremely shifty with an amazing acceleration.  Allen is bigger and uses a combination of strength and surprising athleticism for a big man.  If you were to make a highlight video of each players amazing escapes this year it would be very impressive and also very different in appearance.

People keep saying that in this board ... but with no evidence or even a small hint of evidence.

Good game tonight.  That fumble by Edelman going end up being huge.   Lamar is proving he is just a RB playing QB, lot of runs and that move just then DAMN.. but he doesn’t impress me as a QB, a runner he is scary.

Stop it. I like Josh too, but stop it.

Lamar Jackson and Greg Roman is the perfect marriage of QB and OC.  Another QB is going to struggle in some ways with Roman's offense and Jackson would have more obvious weaknesses in any other offensive system.  Roman's scheme though fits exactly what Jackson does well.  He's like Tyrod Taylor, only with talent, and Baltimore has given him a solid supporting cast too.  I'm thrilled that the Raven's are beating New England, but man they are going to be tough to try and beat in a few weeks.

we don't need to beat the ravens. we need to win our next 3 and virtually guaranteed a playoff spot. Browns game is 10x more important.

Jackson rushed for 4,132 yards in college and never missed a snap. And unlike Allen ( who was hurt a couple of times in college), he played in a real conference.

I like how the ravens reduce every offensive series into a 10 yard frame.  this is smart.  Gain 3 yards on 1st down; hit a TE for 4 yards and then convert the 3rd & 3 with a run or pass.  Repeat until you score.

Their o-line run blocking is something else...someone said a while back that you cannot run on the Pats. Not true tonight.

Everytime he uses it to wipe his hands he passes, when he doesnt use it he runs or hands the ball off.

Except when he uses it and hands it off
