Another QB is going to struggle in some ways with Roman's offense and Jackson would have more obvious weaknesses in any other offensive system. Roman's scheme though fits exactly what Jackson does well. He's like Tyrod Taylor, only with talent, and Baltimore has given him a solid supporting cast too.
