Logan Thomas signs with Lions

I think his failure to perform as a TE was as much Bills offense and coaching as it was him and think it is good for him to go somewhere else while he is still young/cheap enough for a team to give him a chance.  Hope he has good luck for he seems to be a decent guy.

I would have liked to see him get another shot at training camp.  We've previously kept 4 TEs and I thought he still had room to grow.  Plus, I loved the play where he threw out of punt formation.  Perfect place to use a guy like that.

Maybe this is finally the year when the Bills address the long line of mediocrity we've had at TE since Riemersma?  Metzelaars?  McKeller?  Seymour?

...STILL maintain the TE spot is THE 2nd most neglected behind #1 QB spot  post Kelly/Polian era......anybody have Robert Royal on speed dial??........

Old 'stone hands' knew what he was doing at the position though. He could run routes, (and get open)  he could block - both pretty well. He simply couldn't catch a cold.
