peterlaw
Anderson or Palmer seem logical. Might do Allen more harm than good to have someone totally new put a fresh set of ideas in his head or try to tweak his actions. Josh has done well to get through his mentoring period with Peterman.

Quote Leach is rarely top of mind in these situations. He’s not devastatingly handsome. He’s not young. He has very strong opinions about weddings and live mascots and other things that aren’t third-and-nine. He may work until 2 a.m., but he also may not come in until 10 or 11 a.m. If this flavor of the month in football becomes the flavor of the year and remains en vogue, it’ll be interesting to see what happens when the coaching carousel spins again. Will the game keep seeking out some more polished, more boring version of Mike Leach, or will it seek out Actual Mike Leach?

Yeah, I posted that article on the College Football board. The fact remains, and the author’s point is, instead of hiring from the Leach coaching tree, why not “go right to the wellspring?” Why not hire the “Actual Mike Leach (AML)”? .
NextYear'sTheOne
I coach with one of Lazor's old college buddies; was even in his wedding. Pretty much all of the guys mentioned are either intriguing, or quite possibly genuinely worth looking at. Seems like there's a decent choice out there, going off of that piece.

Lazor played QB for Cornell when Hofher coached there, so I’m a bit unsure what he’s saying, other that he was an assistant for Hofher at UB. . YoloinOhio
Mentioned in another article Marty Mornhinweg Mornhinweg, 56, has extensive experience in two categories: coaching offense and quarterbacks and coaching with McDermott. Both spent 2003 to 2010 with the Eagles while both were in various assistant roles. Mornhinweg was most recently with the Baltimore Ravens where he helped bring along rookie quarterback Lamar Jackson. He also has experience as a head coach, spending 2001-02 as the lead man for the Lions. Quarterbacks Mornhinweg has worked with include Steve Young, Brett Favre Donovan McNabb, Michael Vick, and Joe Flacco. https://billswire.usatoday.com/2019/01/30/buffalo-bills-qb-coaches-for-josh-allen-following-david-culley-depature-jordan-palmer-sean-mcdermott/ 1

ctk232
Despite what is most likely to happen, I'm going to go out on a pretty extended limb here and say we should go after Romo for QB coach/offensive assistant, have him contribute to developing Allen and simultaneously call every single one of Belly's plays before they even happen (or the rest of the NFL)...if nothing else just bring him in to scheme against these teams.
