Playoffs?
I think the Eagles win. Their defense will give the Patsies fits. But then I remember that the Eagles must play the refs too... Edited January 22, 2018 by Playoffs?

GoBills808
I don’t see it tbh. Unlikely Foles has another game like that in him, and your defense is going up against Brady indoors.
BillsFan130
80 percent I will give the pats to win. Foles will have to play like he did tonight
NoSaint
It’s a long shot, but any given Sunday. I always like to put these in perspective with looking at it like a playoff series almost If they played a full 7 games head to head — i think I put the over under at 4.5 pats wins, and likely bet the over still? Really I think 5 out of 7 would be the magic number.
Buddy Hix
If Foles plays like that again I think the Eagles win it. Big "if" though...
Rob's House
I don't think the Eagles have a shot against the Pats, but then I didn't think they had a shot against the Vikings, so what do I know,
Turk71
Their pass rush gives them a chance. Patriots d not too scary and if Eagles harass Brady and win turnovers.....they got a shot.
snafu
I think the Eagles have a good shot. It's all about their front 4 getting the pressure and them using a double team on Gronk.

Foles was in the pro bowl just a few years ago and in his last two half seasons, he threw for 2000 yards each. The man can throw. He has had a tendency to throw picks but maybe a few years on the bench has changed that.
Livinginthepast
The Eagles pass rush is the biggest factor on D and Foles is still a huge ? on the offense. Foles played the best game of his career tonight. Can he ever hope to repeat that? Can the Eagles stay calm in the game? The Patriots NEVER get rattled, they never get nervous and that seems to trump so many things when they come up against a solid D. They have so much big game experience now they just wait for the opposition to choke. If the Eagles can get to Brady and rough him up early and Foles can keep the magic going, its going to be a hell of a game.
GETTOTHE50
pats oline gets away with holding every play. run or pass. no way the eagles can win if that doesnt get called. and that sucks, cause you cant afford to rush more than 4 passers against brady.

The Eagles have the DTs in Cox and Jernigan to put pressure in Brady's face. 1
Iron Maiden
Eagles absolutely have a shot...I didn't see that domination coming vs Minnesota ( who's a solid team ).....NE is favorite but it should be a really close game....
Big C
I sure hope they have a game plan and execution like that one in two weeks. The Eagles roster is good enough to get it done even if Foles doesn't have a game quite as good.

In addition the CFL refs haven't been bought off by Kraft. The Eagles would have a great chance if by some chance occurrence, every single NFL ref came down with food poisoning right before the SB and they brought in some untainted officials!!

Big C
Bigger concern is that the Pats will get Gronk back. The Jags knocked him out of the game with the lead and it didn't matter.
dave mcbride
Brady has been in seven super bowls. Everyone has been a nail biter, more or less. Pressure with four and plaster their receiving corps. .
H2o
If they can get pressure on Brady they have a shot. It has to be consistent though. Their Secondary is good enough to put up a fight. God knows I hope they win. I hate the Pats.

Happy
I think the Eagles can win. Foles will need to have a similar game to what he had today, and the defense front four will need to pressure Brady. I'm optimistic that both can happen. Also, don't play zone defense. I don't know what Jax was thinking when they went into zone coverage when NE was driving to the end zone.

sullim4
I went to the Bills game in San Diego. They got trounced. That demoralized me enough to book a trip to the Big Island over Super Bowl Sunday. Then the Bills made the playoffs. And I panicked a little bit that there was an infinitesimal chance that they might actually beat the Pats and make it. Nope, this script has already been written. NE* wins, if anything was proven this season, it's that the refs will ensure they win. And I'll be on a beach on an island in the middle of the Pacific, not bothering to watch a minute of it. The Frankish Reich
Absolutely they can win. fivethirtyeight's algorithm has it NE 58% chance of winning. That translates into about a 2.5 point favorite. Of course, that's based in part on the strength of performance over the season, and doesn't factor in the change from Wentz to Foles (well, it does to the extent that Foles has performed well in the last few games). But I'm in the camp that doesn't believe there's a big dropoff for Wentz to Foles. And the Eagles should be able to get some pressure on Brady, so I'm expecting a competitive game. I still doubt I'll watch it; Super Bowl Sunday is a great day to go skiing here in Colorado, and I don't know if I can stomach another Pats SB celebration ...
