Kaepernick is a back up for two games, then gets three starts beginning in late November. The team is in disarray at 3-7. Kaepernick loses three straight while throwing ground balls and a couple of pick sixes. He announces his retirement after the season. Marrone gets Jacksonville off to a 5-3 start, followed by a 2-6 second half. Bills: The return of the long ball. Taylor throws 12 td passes of 50+ yards. The Bills offense and defense both rank in the top half of the league. The special teams rank in the bottom five. The website Deadspin is shut down when it shows footage of a Bills tailgate involving a human sacrifice ritual intended to end the drought. The official investigation finds that the "person" being thrown into the mock volcano was actually a latex sex doll. You sir, are clearly a Bills fan. League prediction: Aaron Rodgers has a redonk season but they lose to the Seabags in the NFC Championship game. Chiefs go 6-10, they start out rough and the call to replace Smith gets loud, a starting QB on a playoff caliber team gets hurt and Smith gets traded at the deadline, handing the team over to Mahomes, who shows flashes but ultimately they lose a fair amount. Sam Darnold dodges the Jets (and Browns) and returns to school, the Jets take Josh Rosen #1 overall. Seed 1: Pats Seed 2: Raiders Seed 3: Steelers Seed 4: Titans Seed 5: Colts Seed 6: Bills We get curb stomped by the Steelers in the 1st round. If Mccoy runs for 1200-1400 yards, you will see him again imho. Probowl rb's don't grow on trees....if he is still in top form....none better. I think the Giants will throw the ball like crazy with Beckham, Marshall, Engram and Shepard. Their defense is going to be great. I'm finally coming around to the idea as previous success from competitors does not mean a tough schedule this year. Look how hot Arizona and Carolina were two years ago, and look how they both pretty much sucked last year. Who expected the Dolphins to make the payoffs last year? Well can anyone not say we upgraded at every level in coaching? Why not the Bills this year? Billieve guys for now. If I can't have hope in the summer then why even bother being a Bills fan? So for all the eternal optimists like myself I applaud you. Anyone wants to tell me I told you so in October, no problem. I can get negative in November if we suck, but not now. Only 1 of those 9 did he end up the right side of .500 his 3-2 record with the Bears in 2013. That is a career win - loss of 18-42.
