I had heard the RUMORS months ago, and laughed them off, as I'm doing now.  The rumors were all Ferris Bueller-type rumors ("friend of a friend" nonsense)...nobody seems to have direct knowledge of anything that's been rumored.

 

For the record, Allen and his girlfriend may very well have broken up, and Allen may very well have been unfaithful, but I don't for a second believe any of the above. 

To be fair celebrities know how to get around Low key 

 

The musical artist Drake had a child and nobody even knew for a long time he was seeing this chick let alone have a baby

I am assuming that it's much easier to be low key in a massive city like Toronto than in a smaller city like Buffalo.

You don’t need to party in Buffalo… Just because you live here

 

You can literally go across the border in 20 minutes… Fly to New York City for a day

 

I doubt Josh is at ironworks making out with a bar maiden

I get the concern, but I would add that the season is still 5 months away, and that would 8 months since the alleged incident with Britt.  So I am pretty confident a young super star athlete will figure out how to cope with a breakup by then.  And if this story is true, it was Josh who seems more likely ready to move on anyway given he had not yet proposed after all these years and then allegedly stepped out on her at least once.

 

So, for me, I have zero concern this is something that is going to affect his play come September.

I don’t even want to comment much on this topic, but I had similar thoughts to you. Regardless of what’s true, there’s some major melodrama being posted here. A couple in their twenties breaking up isn’t remotely catastrophic.

I said in my first post in this thread (to which you responded) that: (1) it's very possible that Allen cheated on his GF; and (2) this rumors has been floating around for months.

 

The fact that nobody seems to have direct knowledge (i.e. everything is "friend of a friend" hearsay) or specific information (and rumormonger' stories are conflicting) indicates to me that the rumors are bunk.

Yeah but there is some firsthand second hand and third hand Accounts going around…. If you want to know how I found out about this last fall PM me

 

But it’s certainly didn’t come out of nowhere

Maybe I'm just thinking of myself in his situation,  but it'd be pretty hard not to cheat lol. 

You're in your 20s with more money than you know what to do with, on national TV, I'm sure there's tons of girls in his DMs

I know I would've caved a few times in his shoes, even if I loved my girl , things happen

LOL a while back, apparently Eric Turner of Cover1 gave his wife a wine glass (or she got one) that said "Drink Until your Husband Looks Like Josh Allen".

 

His wife apparently "fixed it" by crossing out "Josh Allen" and writing in "Matt Milano".
