Most players don't want to play in cold, rain, and wind. Most players are from the South or California. The chance JA is still playing with the Bills by the time the new stadium is done is really low. If we are trying to maximize investment in Allen I would definitely look into an retractable roof. Players today are coddled and soft as it is.
