Dream scenario just happened. I didn't think he'd actually fall. Thank you Giants.

He was a consensus top 3 player before the jacket incident. Crazy that he fell this far.

The jacket thing was a total joke and they fired their coach because of it.

I'm sure he can be great and I know he was considered a top 2 pick going into this past college season.

My issue is that we were two picks from Josh Allen.  We could've used a 4th to trade up and had him.  To be that close.....

We lost Allen and Hock back to back.  I'm having a hard time with that.

Lol right? Some 2D checkers. Who cares. Don't have to be a genius when you're picking top 10. we took BPA no need to overthink a top 10 pick with the top edge rusher sliding.

Apparently you do. See Oakland and the Giants

Beane is a genius cause the pick fell in their lap..........wait?..........what?!?

Haha. Beane is not a genius for taking BPA for a needed position.

He's not dumb. That's all you want with a top 10 pick.

Quinnen William's, Bosa and Oliver were the top three guys I wanted.  I'm ecstatic with this pick, gives us just what we needed, an extremely gifted super twitchy, high motor, disruptive guy who can get to the QB.

Fantastic

Allen fits a 3-4 defense. I don't see how he fit with us at all.

Hockenson was my preferred guy, but Oliver was an extremely close 2nd.  Beane does seem to understand how these drafts work.  Made as many moved as he needed to get the 2 guys he wanted last year (& didn't lose any of this year's high picks) and managed to stay put for the 1 he wanted this year.

It still makes me question the ability of McDermott and Beane to evaluate offensive talent.

Are you less than a year old? Parents should be proud of that home school’n

I'm 30 and the bills modus operandi in my lifetime is skipping the obvious pick everyone wants and picking a bust, see ngata/whitner, orakpo/maybin.

He can play OLB as much as he can line up to rush the passer.  McD runs a defense that would utilize him.  Allen is that good
