Parades have armed law enforcement officers posted everywhere so I'm not surprised that this is the first time. Given early reports of there being 2 shooters in custody I'm inclined to think this was not a run of the mill random mass shooting. We'll see. When the Cuse won it in 2003, I remember heading over to Marshall St and there were riot police everywhere, since people’s idea of celebrating was climbing up light poles and setting things on fire. Ridiculous that any dirtbag can walk into any place in America and start killing people, but here we are.
