He won the two games he started last year in Cleveland. My $0.02 for what it's worth, is that Keenum is able to be a competent NFL QB in the right system. He doesn't have a lot of mobility, and he's at his best with the support of a competent run game. Can the Bills put enough of the "right" system around him to win if he plays? Don't know.
