Buffalo716
Has the Buffalo Bills taking Henry Ruggs (WR Alabama) Expected to post the fastest 40 time at the combine (sub 4.3) Not only is Ruggs fast but he has really worked on his route running the last year and has REALLY soft hands ... Natural Hands catcher with the ability to take any pass to the house. I would love this honestly and would give Josh another big time playmaker at his disposal. He is probably my #1 target for out spot I don't even think he will last Edited February 25, 2020 by Buffalo716

Coach Tuesday
Ruggs is gonna run fast and shoot up the board. Would not shock me if he ends up being the first or second WR taken. Won’t last to 22.

Dont Stop Billeiving
If Ruggs drops to picks #16-17, would you want Beane to trade up and get him? Getting Ruggs/his elite speed for our offense would be a dream for our offense, but I don't think I could justify giving up the resources it would take to trade up any higher than that. Question is if John Ross (a less productive and complete player) can get drafted in the top 10 based on his combine, Ruggs will probably go top 10 as well if he has the combine people expect. Anyways fingers crossed.
Victory Formation
I want Justin Jefferson or AJ Epenesa at 22. I think Ruggs, Lamb and Jeudy will be long gone. I was a big fan of Becton but he has shot up draft boards. My sleeper pick would be Curtis Weaver out of BSU. Jedrick Wills, Tristan Wirfs and Shenault would be intriguing options as well. Buffalo_Stampede
I couldn't tell you what WR I want. There are probably 15 of them I want and really can't rank. Get 2 of them.
Mickey
I think we already have plenty of speed at the WR position, what we need is a guy with size and an extra large catch radius with enough speed to get deep. Collin Johnson, Denzel Mims, etc. or even a trade up for Lamb are the kinds of guys I hope we have a shot at drafting. I wouldn't jump off a cliff if we took Ruggs but I would probably be pretty cranky for a day or so. Well, if I am being honest, I'd be crankier than my standard old man crank levels.

ProcessYaDigg
We would have to move up for him and Beane would have to really want him over all other WRs to do this. I honestly think he will let the draft come to him again just like he did last year. I would absolutely love Ruggs as well, but I honestly like we'll stay put and take the best edge rusher that falls to 22.

The cost to get before that might be prohibitive. Sadly I think they might all be gone by the time Denver is off the clock.

Buffalo Junction
I doubt Ruggs is there at 22 unless something happens before the draft. I’d soul my shorts if we landed him at 22 though. Fortunately, there’s a lot of talent in this draft and if WRs and QBs go early other positions will drop.

Bakin
Anything is possible. virtually no one had DK Metcalf falling out of the first round last year, let alone to the back of Round 2. Let’s see who they fall in love with. Who is a process guy... Who falls down the board.

That's the insanity of the underpants Olympics. A guy with questionable football ability may challenge the combine 40 time because he's actually a sprinter. It would be funny if he does it and gets drafted.

hjnick
I really wonder since there are SO MANY great WR's in this draft if teams are going to pass on a WR in the first round because they can get the same talent level WR in the 2nd and/or 3rd round. This would then push up other positions in the first round. I also think WR free agents aren't going to break the bank this year because of the sheer number of new WRs you can obtain in the draft.
T master
Ruggs speed is great & yes i read some where that he hardly ever drops a pass which is great but the 1 thing that i ask is 6' considered a big bodied WR like every one is saying that we need ? Sure he is a bit taller than most that we have in the room Duke being probably the tallest at this point & if he runs like they say he will that will be a huge plus for the Bills !! njbuff
If the Bills want Ruggs, it looks like they will have to pay the piper to move up. Are you willing to give up a two and next year's first, which will be the cost to move up?

Size is nice but let's not focus on that one attribute. If he has speed, creates separation, runs a good route tree and is durable - don't care if not 6'2". Use your TE's as the tall red zone target.
