Other than that, he played a great game. No biggie.

He is one of many who LJ has smoked this year.

I Don't know how else to describe the Ravens. They are liquid like when they play. It is like trying to catch a frog!

It wasn’t a great play by Milano, I’ll take the Defenses overall performance.

agreed!  Poyer had a couple head-scratchers there, and Edmunds whiffed on a tackle early on the game (Ravens’ first drive I think?). But overall, the defense played a hell of a game (again).

When that one receiver caught a pass over the middle and then got absolutely smoked, I just knew it was Hyde even before looking at the jersey number :D

Moss woulda been juked out just as bad. That was a nasty move. The c'mon man shoulda been the Ravens letting their play pictures blow all over the field. That was bush league.

Or 12 in the huddle.

BTW, not a hoops fan, but the Lebron walking clip was the C'mon Man highlight for me this week.

Randy Moss just calling out Milano on "cmon man" segment for getting juked by lamar, during yesterday's game....

hope milano and this defense take these subtle jabs, and get fired up to dominate sunday night.

I know, NFL players dont need extra motivation. but nobody likes getting called out on national tv

Well "C'mon Man" on Randy Moss and ESPN.  That is totally Bush League and uncalled for.

Lamar Jackson was held to 40 yds.  It's his lowest total since the Miami season opener where he passed for 325 yds and they won 51-10, no need to run.

and that's WITH holding them to their second lowest total of passing yards.

Completely uncalled for, my respect for that segment just got juked.

Milano played a great game.  Very strong game from a strong player who played 100% of the snaps on D and 50% of the snaps on teams.

One of 3 defenders with 7 tackles.

Exactly, you would think that would have been up there before anything else. Had to get in their Lamar love though....

The Ravens are so damn athletic and always on the move. Even so, with a few less mistakes, the Bills could have beat them.

Yes.  It came down to a few plays - the whiffed block of Judon that led to the strip sack, a couple of catchable balls dropped or not put away in the face of good defense, a couple of missed throws on offense; the coverage miscue that led to the big Hurst TD

there was a similar play on the opposite side against Shaq but he contained the edge, didn't attack and he flushed LJ inside for no gain or short gain. Milano thought he had an easy tackle but he should've known better.

Agreed. That Hurst TD really hurt the most. It may have been a little deflating for the Bills defense, because they were putting up some resistance.

As soon as it happened I said to my son  "That's the one highlight from this game they're going to show over and over all week"

I can't recall the name for sure (someone will correct me I'm sure).  Maybe it was Robinson.  But back years ago Buffalo had linebacker who was juked out of his shoes by New York Jets QB Chad freaking Pennington.  Pennington was smart but had a noodle arm and ran the 40 in about 5 minutes.  I'm not going to be too hard on Milano for losing one to Lamar Jackson.

This is one Bills game that I took a closer look at. The defense played extremely well as a whole, and I was impressed by their work ethic and desire. They played well enough yesterday to defeat most teams in the NFL...including the Ravens. I still believe that they are ahead of schedule, and they will only get better in the coming year.

Every LB is juked occasionally by a RB even if that RB is playing QB but a LB should not miss a hanging Chad.

Eddie Robinson. I was at the Meadowlands sitting high up in the end zone and had the best/worst view of the play. The memory still haunts me. As you said, Chad freaking Pennington.

Actually I thought our D toughened up after that.  Made them punt 3 straight times, which they are NOT accustomed to doing.

This Bills defense reminds me of an ace pitcher who shuts teams down without any run support of his own!

He called out Milano for what amounted to a 7 yard run???? Really???? There was nothing better for Moss to comment on all Sunday???? Nothing better than how Lamar got 7 of his 40 rushing yards???? Moss... C’Monnnn Man! Be Better.

Allen has made plenty of defenders look silly, don't think ESPN has ever featured one of those highlights.

They had him hurdling Barr on repeat for a month.

That was the best defensive performance to date against the Ravens by any team all season long and that's what Moss comes away with?

Lamar jukes out a lot of players on his way to his team scoring 40 plus and over 200 yards rushing,........... except for this past Sunday.

Do you think after Milano watched that segment, he went into his room, turned off the lights and played Sarah McGlachan?

From what I understand, Milano doesn't own lamp.  He owns a TV but apparently doesn't watch it much.

He reads.

I know, right?  Completely out of line I think.

Now Tre White and the play sheets - that would be funny

Not gonna be mad about it.   The media narrative around Lamar right now is that he is an unstoppable super human.   The truth is he is a very athletic quarterback who is asked to make throws high school kids could hit.    I am very glad Raven's week is over because I couldnt stand to hear another thing about Lamar being unlike anything we've ever seen before.
