Michael Robinson on GMFB bold prediction (Bills)

Wouldn't the title be more appropriate if we were playing the Patriots?

Not necessarily, most of the so called "predictions" so far are picking the jests to win and the Bills to have a similar record to last year.  We don't get much credit, even though we upgraded every spot that we were weakest last year.  Plus, Allen in his second year and didn't have to split first team reps in the off-season and by all accounts is picking everything up fast

They just had a bold prediction segment on Good Morning Football and Michael Robinson just picked the Bills to win the AFCE this year.  They made a big deal of it, because last year he predicted Mahomes dominance as his big prediction.  The best part was, he did not even get much push back from the other talking heads.

Jets did the same thing with spending just went for star players. The reason people are higher on the Jets than the Bills right now is the QB.

Darnold is viewed much better than Allen is right now. So that is why the game is a coin flip. At this point

Last year I predicted it would snow in the months between January and March and I was correct too. None of this means anything until they play for real.

Are you filling in for ScottLaw this morning?

Robinson made the prediction earlier in the summer as well. Nice to see some people in the media paying attention to what the Bills have done in the offseason and draft, vice just making a prediction based on the Bills 2018 win/loss record.

The Patriots have been winning the division year after year now, it's bound for another team to win it one of these years. Hopefully Robinson's prediction comes true and it's the Bills turn!

I don’t know about Darnold being viewed as

MUCH better then Allen , he didn’t exactly set the league on FIRE ? last year !!

I think we're fully aware that a prediction and the actual outcome are two different things.

I'm trying to see if I understand this.  So you're saying that any prediction about the Bills (or the weather apparently) is just speculation until it actually happens?  I guess I'm going to have to start taking the posts on this board a lot less seriously.

Why are you here?  Just wondering.

I think to cause further embarrassment to his parents, but could be to embarrass someone else, not totally sure....

Yeah he did the same on a different segment I saw over the weekend with Terrell Davis. Terrell & the host pretty much laughed at him, but he held his ground.

EDIT: I just googled and found it, it happened last week I believe.

In the world of football “experts” he is. Just listen to them talk. Every time I hear someone talk about Darnold is his is much further ahead than Allen and Allen needs another year to improve accuracy.

Standard lines from the draft being recycled but that is the reality right now.

Well I put money a month ago on that bet and got 12:1. Make that bet now and it's 9:1.

Based on last nights game, Josh Allen looks much better than Mitch Trubisky right now. Hopefully on Sunday, he shows he's better than Darnold too.

I heard ScottLaw visited the doc, after having a blood draw. The doc told him his hateraide count was low, and ordered him to go directly to the E.R., where he was promptly prescribed 1000 ml of intravenous hateraide. He is still receiving treatment, at this time.

I love how the female cohost points out Pats held Suh and Donald in check.  That was last year honey!

Pats missing C and captain in Andrews will be a major problem.  Not to mention they lost LT in FA.  Our line didn't look too good when we lost two vets last year.  Time will tell.

Darnold is FAR from being a finished product ,

he was a turnover machine in college and I haven’t seen MUCH improvement in his rookie year , yes I hear the talk that Darnold better ( right now ) then Allen , BUT to say that he’s MUCH better then Allen after watching then both play ONLY about 10 games IMO is a little premature

dont you think ?
